"Highly Customizable and Integrative E-commerce Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I've been using Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) for 12 years to develop fast-loading, secure, highly customizable ecommerce websites. I appreciate its possibilities for customization, like developing pricing algorithms for the jewelry industry and tweaking the checkout flow. I value the coding standards, layouts, and dependency injections on the tech side. The open-source nature, full customizations, no hidden costs, self-hosting, future-proofing, and a huge supporting community are great for business. I've mainly utilized configurable products as they suit most cases of product configurations. Additionally, inventory management, stock management, ease of use, external third-party integrations, and API support are noteworthy. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me. "One-Stop Shop with Smooth Learning Curve, Needs Faster Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I find Adobe Commerce incredibly useful as my one-stop shop. It allows me to manage products and run marketing and promotional campaigns all from a single platform, integrating seamlessly with our existing ERP systems. This integration is particularly beneficial because it offers the flexibility to pull data from the ERP and perform analytics on it, simplifying the management process. What I especially appreciate is the minimal learning curve associated with Adobe Commerce. Even new team members who have no prior experience can get up to speed quickly, which enhances overall efficiency. The platform solves the problem of having disparate systems by centralizing access to data, allowing me to handle everything in one place, making operations much more streamlined. Additionally, the fact that it helps in consolidating various functionalities into one interface is invaluable for saving time and aligning team efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I find the customer support process quite slow and inefficient. When I encounter a problem that is specific to the platform, contacting customer support and then waiting for their response tends to consume a lot of time. This can be quite frustrating as it delays the resolution of critical issues. It would be beneficial to have a more expedient solution, like a live AI agent that could provide immediate assistance and fix problems promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
