"Unified Commerce Platform with Strong Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I like that Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) is a unified platform that allows us to handle both our B2C and B2B commerce. We've reduced licensing costs and maintain consistency across our agents using the platform. I also find the catalog management feature very helpful, especially because it allows us to create individual customer catalogs from a central catalog. The order management and routing, along with the native integrations with our other Adobe applications, are beneficial. Additionally, the admin interfaces are user-friendly for our agents. What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I guess if I had to say which areas need improvement, they do have a new cloud service offering that I think could be a bit better from their out-of-the-box experience, and maybe that could be applied for the older versions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, but Costly and Hard to Manage Without a Strong Technical Team"
2/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

What I like most about Magento is its versatility and its strong ability to adapt to the specific needs of each business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

What I don’t like most about Magento is mainly its cost, the need for a large technical team to provide proper support, the lack of autonomy for non-technical users, and the fact that in some areas it can become restrictive or difficult to manage if you are not highly experienced with the platform. "Flexible Ecommerce Solution, Needs Better Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I use Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) to provide an online presence and display products, eliminating the need for a physical shop. I appreciate that customers can browse anytime without worrying about opening hours. It's easy to use the stock Adobe Commerce as building blocks to create the shop, and it supports multiple shops with many integrations already available. The centralized admin for multi-store architecture and the SWAT tool are valuable, allowing for unified inventory, catalogs, scoped config controls, and role-based security. Additionally, using Adobe Cloud is very easy with YAML files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

The support from Adobe Commerce can be much better. Upgrades can be painful and the total cost. Using the Adobe Cloud is very easy with the YAML files. When self-hosting, it's a bit more painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Ecommerce with Customization Options"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I like Adobe Commerce for its speed in deploying live, working ecommerce sites. The base platform functionality makes the process easy, and the ability to customize with readily available skins and themes is great. I was able to set up sites very quickly. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which is something I appreciated. It's one of the aspects I liked most about using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I used to have issues with CSV files for importing catalogs. It was very difficult to do that well and to get that to work correctly. As well as, database bloat. The database bloat needed a lot of maintenance that I wasn't anticipating. But there were workarounds for both of those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I must say that Adobe Commerce is an exceptional tool because of not only its customization abilities but also its flexibility and scalability for my operations. It has helped me to manage my large portfolio of product catalogs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

As such, there is no downside if Adobe Commerce. All I can think of is not having dedicated tech support, as one has to go through a learning curve.

I am dependent on my developer for all the customizations, which is sometimes very time taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
