Team is awesome! They frequently reach out to us and help to resolve issues. Support team is excellent and jumps in when we have any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been a monolithic platform and has been too slow to introduce new features. They do get it right eventually but replatforming or changing custom implementation is painful and takes us away from other business opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has all e-commerce functions out of the box Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a pure headless solution. It is based on legacy PHP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's highly customizable and easy to use. I love that you can easily create multiple stores and manage it all differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's not easy to troubleshoot for someone who is not a developer. there's a lot of settings and it's not as easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Magento has a lot of functionality to setup inital store data. It also has mechanism to create different types of items like configurable, downloadable, virutal and others. Tax regions import wizard is really helpful to minimize the downtime for tax updation. UI is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With lot of features it gets complicated to find the navigate to the destination and there no advanced search available to easily find the location of fields inside object. Item search is also pretty slow. If we search for an item which is not available in inventory Magento search will collapse and we will not be able to search anymore unless admin clears the cache which is quite frustrating. I like the ability to go to market in different ways. You can use a monolith architecture or compossible architecture with the same instance of Adobe Commerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The performance in the monolith architecture can be a little faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their flexibility for the user and developers, Also Adobe commerce team is very actively working their support, Working on static blocks, pages and themes from admin side is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some issue related to performance but overall is good, well structured code and modules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing that I like about Adobe Commerce is that makes things so seamless and smooth. They make it where you don't have to use multiple different things, you can really do it all in this one program. The ability to make things streamlined, makes things so much easier! The one thing I dislike is that it does need a high processor in order to run efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
