Adobe​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Commerce is the platform that provides true power to the user over an online store. It appears to be very simple to customize the layouts and product pages and one can easily change things without the site being damaged. Discount rules and product recommendations as marketing features are a great idea and they really lead to an increase in conversions.

The platform is very fast and efficient even with thousands of SKUs, which is very important for us. A few payment and shipping integrations are not very easy, but that is what gives a lot of manual work which is saved now. As long as extensions and plugins are allowed, there are almost no limits to what you can imagine so there is no problem with adding new features.

The admin panel makes it easy and clear to manage orders and stock and everything is at the same time. In summary, the platform is like a vessel that is big enough for our business to grow and at the same time, it allows us to keep the operations at a manageable ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌level.

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ arrangement might be complicated if you lack technical knowledge. Both hosting and performance should be handled with care, otherwise, the pages will load slowly during the spikes in the traffic. If you are not careful, changing the platform can ruin the customizations. A few reporting features seem to be lacking, and you have to get additional modules for advanced analytics. Admin interfaces have lots of features, but new team members can be a little bit overwhelmed with them at the beginning. Managing multiple stores needs some additional work and planning. There are still certain tasks for which you need developer support, even though the platform is mostly user-friendly. It is, however, quite dependable and powerful once it has been set up ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌properly.

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ management of various aspects of the store was spread out over different systems, which led to delays and mistakes. Adobe Commerce brings together product, order, and customer data, so there are no more hiccups in the flow of work. It is very easy to apply promotions and upsells, which in turn helps the revenue. Understanding customers’ behavior and purchase history gives the business valuable insights. Activities that were done manually and took several hours are now automated. As the business expands, the platform will continue to be able to accommodate the growth without the need for a complete overhaul. Making decisions is facilitated by reporting and dashboards and they are quicker and more informed. In essence, it is time-saving, error-reducing, and structured growth of the business is ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌helped.

It’s especially effective for managing large inventories and numerous product variations, and I find its flexibility with promotions and discounts to be a major advantage. Once you become familiar with the system, it feels very powerful, and having the ability to fine-tune the details allows me to keep everything operating just the way I want.

Honestly, at times it feels a bit too complicated, and there’s definitely a learning curve. Setting everything up, especially when you want custom features, can be slow, and I’ve found myself spending a lot of time troubleshooting minor issues. Keeping everything updated and making sure it all stays compatible can be a hassle, and while support is helpful, it could be quicker. 1. The level of customization is remarkable, I can tweak almost every part of store front, checkout flows, product attributed and back-office workflows.
2.It scales extremely well for large catalogs, multiple storefronts, and international markets. We moved from 10,000 AKUs to over 250,000 with minimal friction.
3. Integration capabilities are strong. We hooked into our ERP, CRM, marketing automation and custom logistics system.

I think Adobe Commerce is a capable platform with tons of capabilities. It can handle tons of variants and sku's and just keep on working. Great for large catalogs with lots of variants.

Its a complicated platform to work with at times and is not something you would want to use if you don't have coding knowledge. I believe that most companies that use this platform understand this.

We have a large catalog and it allows us to offer our products online on a stable platform. A lot of platforms are just not setup for large catalogs and do not offer the flexibility to do what you want like this one.

I really like the speed of Adobe Commerce. It is a very complex system, but even so, I consider it one of the best. I also appreciate that it has a lot of advanced tools, which helps a lot with the sales of my clothes. At first, I found it a bit difficult to handle, but now that I've learned, I can't live without it. It is a complete and very professional software.

On the other hand, they are not so cheap and require a more powerful computer, so they are not as accessible to everyone. But, if you need quality and want to work more professionally, Adobe programs really deliver an incredible result.

The broad base of the cloud platform offering is varied and there is a large plugin community to draw from. Functionality like CMS is relatively east to use for nontechnical team members but limited to Abobe's stock front end or similar templates.

Adobe's support can be slow and unhelpful, sometimes taking months and resulting in no conclusive resolution. Achieving good eCommerce website performance takes specific technical knowledge, and requires customization.

Adobe Commerce prides online selling capabilities in multiple regions and brands through its storefronts feature. Security updates are released often.

Adobe Commerce is very customizable and extensible. It has a very rich out of box feature set. Any feature can be modified. The framework is also extensible for brand new features.

The move to get away from open source is now concerning. Adobe Commerce as a hosted solution will become less customizable and extensible as in the future only API wrapping utilities can be used to update core functionality. I believe long term this will result in lost market share for Adobe Commerce.

B2B clients who need a commerce solution can really benefit, especially clients with enterprise web service layers. Magento's graphql and rest API implementations work great in an enterprise ecosystem.

I like it's comprehensiveness and customization. It greatly helped me in my business for marketing and management. I also liked that it smoothly blended with my Adobe Cloud which is my go to especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Affects, Adobe Illustrator and others. I find Magneto now Adobe Commerce better at any marketing software than Google's. No beef, it's just better.

For beginners, it requires a bit of technial experience, I didn't have much trouble because I have experience with Google's GA4, Analytics and Ads and all. So for me technical was not an issue. The other thing iss Adobe is quite on the expensive side especially for Startups and students and small businesses. Once they're in order, however, it's the best thing that can happen to you in Industry
