It's hard for any merchant to upgrade their store to the latest versions frequently. In the case of security patches, it's okay but not recommended by the merchants if they have to upgrade their store every three months approx.

Much better mobile compatibility is needed. Or a lite version mobile native app could be a better option. Nowadays businesses are being operated from home or sitting anywhere. So a stable mobile and tab version would be ideal.
