Very effective operational reports creating tool which helps the user on easy tracking of various campaign impacts and also the most productive marketing system via multiple channels and it allows easy smooth communication ability.
Adobe Campaign can also be used for sending private massages with specific preferences and requirements.
Marketing Automation with the tool is great and it offers the best power to control the entire email marketing campaign process and very nice tool on tracking of different CRM activities.

The only thing I disliked was the complexity of different features on the very front-end, but the platform explained it well.

I like all the possibilities of things to use Adobe for.

I dislike the lack of user-friendly options. I wish the interface was more user-friendly and easy to figure out.

I use Adobe mostly for Photoshop and Illustrator. I create graphics and digitize my handwriting.

I really like the user interface on Adobe Campaign, especially the drag and drop interface that allows you to see step by step how the campaign will reach and affect the potential customer.

I dislike that there wasn't much information about it online prior to me using it. I felt unsure of whether or not I should pay for it considering that it isn't widely used. I do have trust in numbers, and I was concerned about how effective Adobe Campaign would be seeing that not many are using it.

I would definitely say that you should try out Adobe Campaign. The price is affordable for what you can do with it, and they offer a free trial that you can use to see if it fits your needs.

I enjoy absolutely nothing about Adobe Campaign.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

It feels like it is purposefully over-complicated. Instead of being helpful, and giving helpful advice on how to do even something as simple as sending an email, you're left to flounder around trying to figure out how to do things. Their training is also unhelpful.

We are trying to use landing pages to get subscribers, then use those lists to send updates about our offerings.

**What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

It makes it easy to create communications for different channels - Email, Push and SMS. The ability to see the source code and edit the HTML through the software makes it quick and easy to edit and amend comms. The ability to also manage a vast number of campaigns with a different number of target groups in one place, it's easy to find and switch to the desired campaign and make amendments.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

It's very clunky and old fashioned and not very user intuitive. It is quite slow when there a lot of processes happening and the tool to check how the comms have performed is not the best analysis tool.

The problems I'm solving are all the different type of communication campaigns we have - I can manage them all through one place. It can be quick to create the comms and to schedule them for the desired dates.

Content in the adobe campaign system has been observed to have a slight but significant flaw when trying to send a document, after it has been completely loaded just by sending, the action is performed without results and the file is not sent by first intention, so that it can leave the platform costs a few minutes of valuable time for any user.

It's pretty simple to use. Tens of emails can also easily be sent with this magnificent product and can track each of my emails. All of my marketing strategies can be used to manage my entire workload. Furthermore, this application has a full capacity to integrate and enable me to work with great comfort in several applications. In addition, emails sent or received can be arranged in a regular pattern.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

I don't believe that there are certain issues with this program because it saves time and also provides a great tool for working every day. It's sometimes a little slower to work and takes a great deal of time but otherwise it's a good practical way to get more in less time.

The design of this application is ideal for any type of organization since it provides all marketing activities with full power. In addition, other features allow users to set goals entirely in line with their expectations to accomplish more in a less time frame from this application.

Enables the creation, coordination and delivery of various campaigns via emails. Before this certain program came, email marketing was very difficult because it makes a contact list, where I can send e-mails to dozens of people quickly. **What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

The one thing I do like about Adobe Campaign is that I am able to import HTML in order to customize my campaigns. Also, our workflow segmentation allows me to send our emails to the correct audience. While the workflow is complicated, it allows us to make sure our email campaigns are being sent to the correct audience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

I dislike the interface. The program is out of date and it is extremely manual. Automations and trigger campaigns are difficult to understand. Each little thing effects the delivery as well—without being extremely clear on what the issue could be in the HTML. Also since switching to Adobe Campaign our conversion rates and numbers have declined.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Campaign:**

I recommend getting a lot of training on the platform. It's difficult to navigate, so the more training you can get on this will be helpful. When we had training sessions, I learned a lot about the inside and out of the platform, which helps me to navigate it easier since I use the platform daily.

We need an ESP, so I am solving being able to send out email campaigns and keep email marketing afloat even if it is a very manual process.

**What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

It is quite easy to used. Dozens of emails can be sent directly with great ease also am able to track each one of my email with this magnificent product. All my marketing strategies can be use to maintain all my workload in this application. Additionally, this application comes with a full integration capacity that allows me to work on various applications with huge comfort. Furthermore, emails that are being sent or that are being received can be organized into a regular pattern.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

I don’t think there are any certain issues in this application because it’s total time saver and also a great tool to work on daily basis. Sometimes, it becomes a little bit slower in working which consumes a lot of time but otherwise it’s a good intuitive in order to get more in less time. So, this application is my most favorite these days.

It’s a surely suggested product in order to make marketing process easier and convenient. Adobe is a renowned product in the world of software because it allows me to create, coordinate and deliver variety of campaigns through emails. Email Marketing was quite tough before the arrival of this certain application because it makes a contact list through which I can easily send emails to dozens of people altogether. I can even know the status of all my sent emails whether they are being delivered or not because it has all features regarding this task.

Adobe campaign analytics dashboard along with dark grey themed UI is a significant plus for me as it's less stressful to the eyes and provides a seamless experience. I love the way geographical distribution can also be shown on world map.

**What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

Adobe campaign has enabled our business to begin a journey down the road to true cross-channel marketing. We had to graduate from single-touch email campaigns to a more sophisticated marketing approach to remain competitive, and the adobe marketing tool has been key. Very flexible (at the cost of up-front development).

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

It's a sophisticated tool, and the cost of onboarding and not very large pool of talent familiar with the program has been frustrating. Another issue has been migrating work into the new system and discovering limitations of AC. 

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Campaign:**

The trainer on day one said "this is not for babies". He was correct, we struggle with the complexity of the tool, and we have a bright rteam of developers. There's a lot of bugs and I really hope this does not go away with adobe's acquisition of Marketo

**What problems is Adobe Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from a flat marketing strategy to true multi-channel marketing. We have been able to create drip campaigns and experiences that have seen a large increase in engagement.

I am able to create complex campaign for my clients making me an hero in the eyes of my clients. Also, it is perfect tool that provides reliable services with advanced features.

I can't think of much of anything that I don't like about campaign, the price is a little higher but you get what you pay for. Therefore, I recommend this software as the best and great in marketing.

**What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

Like any other Adobe product, Adobe Campaign has a very intuitive interface, with several tools displayed in the right menus. It gives the possibility to create any type of campaigns, from simple to complex, depending on the characteristics of the project. It comes with some great features, like the email delivery, that works perfectly well and even allows integration with third-party apps. In conclusion, it gives the ability to create and run campaigns across different platforms in a few steps.

Before using Adobe Campaign, the company I used to work with used Indicative and the transition from one software to another was very complicated, as Adobe Campaign is more complex and some menus turned out to be confusing to me. However, with some practice it can be mastered after some time. Something I really dislike are the payment plans, that tend to be very expensive. I wish they could add the one-time fee they had a couple of years ago.

This solution is well suited for medium size or large size companies with a high level of marketing communications. It works perfectly with email marketing campaigns, deploying large volume of emails very easily when it’s automated. The interactions happen in real time, making the engagement with your audience more efficient. It’s highly recommended if you integrate it with other products from the Adobe Marketing Cloud, especially with Adobe Analytics. These two will definitely boost all the marketing field and sales in your company.

The campaign functions that you're looking for are all present but a decent number of them are difficult to find and actually much less practical than you'd imagine. The software is frequently being improved upon and updated on Adobe's end.

They are actively updating and adding new features but compared to competitors on the marketplace they're not offering anything significantly better. The reporting features are generally lacking and not enjoyable to use. I would recommend fixing that for future iterations of the platform.

I use adobe campaign constantly at work. There truly is no software that compares. It has more features and options than I even know what to do with at times! I use it to create training tools that are aesthetically pleasing and functional and it never disappoints.

Because there is sooo many tools, I find it difficult to learn it all. I often have to watch youtube tutorials to learn what every tool is for. I think the task bar could be a little simpler/more user friendly. Projects tend to take me a while to complete as I forget how to maneuver through the system.

Watch all the training tutorials.

It felt familiar with the Adobe family of products I am used to.  I love that adobe is easy to use. Anyone can pick up on this software very quickly and be able to do creative things with it. It is  easy to use one of the best marketing tool .

There really isn't anything I dislike about it. It seems like it is trying to do too much and you need to invest  time to manage the app as it helps you manage what you are trying to accomplish. Its expensive and you need to buy the full suite but its worth it asyou can do soo much with it

This is a great tool if you are using all the other adobe apps this works like magic and intergrating it with omniture you will be able to track the performance of the campaigns too. I would highly recommend it

I like the new update with more modernized icons and buttons. Workflows are easy when only using one workflow. My email list is only a weekly newsletter. The email specialists use more advanced workflows and can help when necessary.

I dislike that it this Adobe tool doesn't look like any of the other Adobe tools I use in the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Adobe Experience Manager, Search and Promote and others are similar to use. This tool doesn't have the Adobe "look".

It can be slow. I hate that I can't use it on a Mac and that I have to sign in through a Windows remote desktop to access it. Too many steps.

 Since we are a very small company, we use it company-wide. The program definitely helped in running larger-scale marketing campaigns across multiple types of devices. Whether it was via e-mail, SMS on mobile, or the direct snail mail, we definitely were able to market directly to our fan base. The drag and drop feature is great! I most like the marketing automation tool. It’s a great tool when we send product/solutions related outbound emails to customers/prospects.Adobe allows us to keep track of everything very easily and allows us to go back and write notes at different steps. Including these notes at different steps within the campaign allows us to copy them over to new ones so we don't have the same issues launching the next campaign.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

The user interface can be difficult to grasp for marketers. Includes full integration for other Adobe marketing software. Plenty of features need heavy customization for optimal performance. Adobe Campaign tends to be a little more complex to use compared to other automation tools. This requires more training for individuals on our team.

If you are running a large scale multi-device campaign, it would be perfect. If you are a small company with small goals, this product will be too much to handle.

Push notifications can be enabled on the mobile app which has been great for building up clients and business. We have been able to use Adobe for social media marketing. Adobe Campaign is growing and going in right direction but it lacks major functionalities and features for business users. Its UI is very outdated and doesn't provide ease of content editing to end user. Client would need to depend on Adobe campaign resources for any execution.

Adobe Campaign is a true development platform. For extremely custom solutions, it can be very powerful (provided the right hardware is chosen for on-premise solutions). The data model provides a lot of flexibility, which gives it a leg up on some of Campaign's direct competitors.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

There is very little out of the box functionality and suffers from under-development over time. As a result, functionality from a deployment standpoint is ~10 years behind market leaders (despite some upsides with data management). Campaign is very clunky and too often requires 10x as many clicks as similar tasks in other platforms. We have experienced far too many errors as a result of this.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Campaign:**

If evaluating for an on-prem solution, expect to increase hardware and system resources by 10-50%. If evaluating for a SAAS solution, evaluate against leading solutions in the marketplace via a formal POC process. If evaluating for professional services support, heavily consider alternate agencies.

We are launching new home-grown marketing channels via custom integrations with Adobe Campaign, which was not feasible with other platforms' OOTB capabilities.

I like that you can really make the products your own. There is a tremendous amount of room for personalization within this program. Further, simple campaigns are easy to execute once you have  a basic understanding of Adobe products.

This system has quite a few bugs that need to be fixed before it can operate at full capacity. It crashes occasionally, which makes working difficult. Further, this system isn't super user friendly.

Adobe Campaign is definitely headed in the right direction. I will say from my experience that the more you plan ahead with what you are wanting/expecting of this software the easier it is to integrate throughout your teams. We made the mistake of not setting up best practices and that bit us in the long run. Having those in place will also benefit your teams understanding of the software. It took a decent amount of training to full understand the capabilities so make sure you have that in mind before you start the integration process.

We were using it to move a very large amount of emails and it was very slow and would sometimes crash - if you are looking to do things of that nature a different software may be better suited for you. However, if our looking to do simple blast to targeted customers/clients this would be a great solution.

**What do you like best about Adobe Campaign?**

I can't think of any redeeming qualities. This is a horrible product. I have used many other MA tools on the market (such as Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and this is the worst of them.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Campaign?**

Where do I start. The product is a nightmare. It is designed for developers, so in order to use it properly, you need to know scripting, coding and SQL. Other tools (such as Marketo) do not require these types of technical skills. The user interface is non-existent, the system is buggy and regularly craps out, and support is essentially non-existent. If you are evaluating MA tools, run away from Adobe Campaign as fast as you can. It's a nightmare, and Adobe is not investing in the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Campaign:**

Run away as fast as you can. There are many other products that are better. Adobe discounts the price, but there is a reason it's cheaper.

**What problems is Adobe Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing automation -- sending timely, targeted communications to customers and prospects. None.
