Sometimes buggy-ness of the program with add ons needed for output of contact sheets.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

With a very large library of assets, Adobe Bridge gives you the viewing needed to pick the right assets for the design.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this to ease the searching of digital assets through visual views instead of only file names.

  ### 3. A Great Tool for Photo Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Adobe Bridge is an excellent photo organizer. Its various viewing modes (filmstrip, essential, etc.) give flexibility to either sort/search quickly or to focus in on one photo at a time. It also has powerful sorting option by using collections, keywords, labels, star ratings and filters. Another handy tool I use every once in awhile is the batch rename, perfect for renaming a collection of photos.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

This is not really a dislike, but ever since I started using Adobe Lightroom instead of Photoshop, I do use Bridge less, because Lightroom has many of the same capabilities. But for pure organization I still use Bridge.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Perfect for photo organization, also works well with Lightroom!

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge enables me to keep my photos organized and quickly find what I need when I need it.

  ### 4. Wonderful product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

It is so easy to quickly browse though 100s of images with Bridge. In my line of work, we sometimes need to dig through photoshoots with thousands of photos and this is a great way to have them all in front of you and be able to open the few you need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I would like if it had some editing capabilities. I also use Lightroom and sometimes wish I could merge them.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

use it! It's worth it if you are in any line of photography work or work with photographers!

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely saving a ton of time browsing images and picking only ones I need. Makes like so much easier.

  ### 5. Robust Library that Connects All

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn W. | UX Designer, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Adobe Bridge is a library of all things creative. I love that I can sync, link, and manage all my creative files in one place. It reduces the task of searching for all my files through my native device and it also allows me to retrieve my files through the cloud. I think what I enjoyed most, however, is the sharing of symbol libraries. This allowed remote teams to have access to my latest collection of UIs developed for my project. Everyone in the design team was always on the same page with the design execution that discrepancies lessened.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

With an application like this, the system gets overwhelmed with multiple options. This is not something of a surprise because Adobe is well-known for its robust products (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop...) I try to stick with the basic tools that are necessary for my day-to-day task but seeing those options lie around in my periphery can be just as overwhelming. So getting to understand the use of those tools would be my number 1 challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Adobe Bridge is a great tool for asset management but I think it's a little too overwhelming. I would prefer something a bit more lightweight. If you can get past the clutter of the additional tools, Adobe Bridge is still a decent management application.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned above, Adobe Bridge allowed me to stay in-sync with my remote team. We are a global team working from 6 different international and domestic locations so updates do not happen frequently enough to prevent design discrepancies. With Adobe Bridge, we closed the gap on this issue and improve our collaborative efforts.

  ### 6. Lightweight, easy to use file management for the Adobe suite

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Quick loading times, the ability to customise your view and 'at a glance' look at files.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Not much, there was once a bug regarding file names not appearing through an accidental key combination, but this has been fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

It's a staple - the perfect file management solution to the adobe suite.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much quicker and easier than the standard file management software such as finder and explorer.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karoly D. | Field Technician, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I`m learning how to use different Adobe softwares, and it is a great side software for managing data, easily access photos and other files. Although, I feel like this software knows more than that and I still need to explore it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I believe it came with the purchase of Photoshop or it is even free, I`m not sure. But it is not that essential that I would pay extra for it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

It`s a good side tool, it has some features that can make the work easier and faster.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use some Adobe programs like Illustrator and Photoshop to create some designs and marketing materials, and beside those softwares it is useful to have Bridge because it helps to make the work faster.

There's nothing to dislike about Adobe Bridge.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Any organized person needs this application.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to maintain a clean work resource folder and It allows me to bookmark all my project folders.

  ### 15. Adobe Bridge Review (from a Graphic Designer)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance M. | Graphic Designer, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Adobe Bridge has changed little over the last few years while other Adobe programs continually change. But recently there have been multiple improvements including improved cache management, and an option to import images from external devices including iOS and Android mobile devices. Adobe has improved the speed that images load while using this program as well which has been a huge bonus.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Updating to the new program will delete any smart collections.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

This is a great program for viewing images/files. I use this when there is a large amount of content that I need to sift through. Sometimes viewing images/files in Finder can take quite a long time, especially when larger files are being viewed. But using Adobe Bridge solves this issue. The load time is pretty fast and larger amounts of files can be viewed at once rather than one at a time. I really like the feature of being able to adjust how many images are viewed at a time and at what size. There are also features for organizing files and searching for certain files by date, name, and other options. Adobe Bridge is a great program and I will continue use with it.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this program makes it easier to view images and more specifically in my case, previous designs. As I work with a high volume of content/ads, I need a program that helps me to look at past work quickly and efficiently. This program does just that.

  ### 16. Adobe bridge

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

The software is really easy to use and the fact that the software is included in the Adobe cloud suite makes it affordable

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Does not always work well with the other products

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

This product can help fix color correction and help make images look as one needs.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product helps with making images and correcting light and other issues

  ### 17. Bridge is the hidden gem in Adobe suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like how easy it is to browse images/files, you can flag them, and batch process them. It easily shows all of the data associated with the file.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I dislike that they took away the feature of printing to PDF in recent versions.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

It is a great way to browse image files.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lightroom alot, and Bridge is a mini version of that. You can trigger a file to open in Adobe Camera Raw or in Photoshop. I like being able to trigger batch actions right from Bridge and being able to easily rename files too.

  ### 18. Adobe Bridge

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like it when it works. I'm not well versed in this program. I only use it when my computer chooses to use it when trying to open a file that my other programs won't open. Thankfully there are many video tutorials available.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Sometimes, it just doesn't do the job. Sometimes it works for me. Sometimes it doesn't. One nice feature is you can open more than one image. Example: open the original image and then open the edited version of that image and compare the two image side by side. Use the zoom feature to view the details.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can open items and save files with the necessary extension.

  ### 19. Just Wonderful!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

The batch rename feature saves me time renaming multiple files! Also the feature that allows me to edit multiple images at once.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

The interface could be a little more flashy.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Perfect for video editors, graphic designers, and just anyone who have tons of files on their hard drive needing to keep organized.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me import photos from my camera, and other devices. It helps me preview file types I normally cannot view in windows. Without it I would be less organized and easily mixed up with the various similar files on my computer.

  ### 20. Handy tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Great for previewing and rating/sorting images.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Loading image thumbnails can be really slow, especially for the high res images I typically use.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a designer, so I use it to sort through images. I like that I can rank them and sort by rank. It helps me categorize and find assets more quickly

  ### 21. Bridge is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafal Z. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge is able to quickly let me find images and see their info. I'm able to know the size and see close up details in images.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Sometimes it's slow reading raw image files. The user interface still needs work.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to quickly see images our photographers have taken. And all at once. Instead of looking at each image separately in a finder window.

  ### 22. Used everyday for 10 years and counting!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyse M. | Head Photographer, Photography, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2016

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like that Adobe Bridge is intuitive. It's easy to navigate and cull my images. I've tried other software for this in the past and nothing compares. It may not be a one-stop shop like Lightroom, but I've found it to be the easiest and quickest platform for organizing, renaming, tagging and viewing my images. Nothing else that I know of compares.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I dislike that I can't edit in a fine-tuned way within the software. I realize I can apply presets via Camera Raw (Photoshop) within Bridge, but unless there's something I'm unaware of, I'm still unable to edit images in subtle and specific ways re: exposure, contrast, etc. I loathe the complexities of Lightroom, but feel Bridge could make a few upgrades and be the better, easier, more intuitive version of Lightroom for photographers!

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Go for it. My assumption is it's the most widely used software for culling and organizing images. It's so much faster than using Finder on Mac and far less complicated and more intuitive than platforms like Lightroom. Cheap too!

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to cull my clients' images (separate the good from the bad), sort them, rename them, label them, and distinguish which images were shot on my camera and which were shot on my second shooters and assistants' cameras. I use Bridge to rate my images, check my camera settings, rotate my images from portrait to landscape orientation, etc. All of these things are necessary for creating a quality product for my clients. Business problems solved.

  ### 23. See all your work in one place

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Organization! I create so many various file types, Adobe related and others that it can be overwhelming without bridge to find and navigate to what I am looking for. The information display is clear and can help differentiate all the file type I use at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

You really have to make it work for you. It's not apparent right away all the benefits, but once you start organizing and find your way with it, browsing becomes second nature.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all the various files organized and easy to locate and to find the right program to use a particular file has really benefited overall productivity.

  ### 24. Good organization tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbie S. | Computer Technician, Computer Hardware, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2017

Ability to see your desktop folders and easily access

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the software

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching Bridge in classes that use multiple Adobe programs

  ### 25. Bridging the Gap Among Users

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

The idea of collaboration among users and projects.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I don't find that I use it much as it's easier to collaborate in other ways.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Check it out and see if it works for you and your company needs. I think it us useful for some and others will find that they're not likely to use it often enough.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing ads

  ### 26. Easy to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge is pretty straightforward. You can easily preview image files with it and quickly give images star or color ratings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Sometimes there can be some lag when previewing folders with large image files.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to organize and view all of our incoming image assets.

  ### 27. Easy metadata review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Easy to get deep in detail with your metadata needs. Exactly what I need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Sometimes it takes long for the metadata to sync back to the file.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like bridge more than photomechanic, easier to navigate through all my metadata needs.

  ### 28. Why I like and dislike Bridge

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like that it is easy to navigate and that I have so much knowledge of the program, that I don't think I will be switching to any other photo viewing software for a long time.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I dislike the quality of the image thumbnails and previews. They are very poor quality and not sharp at all. I have to open the image in Photoshop before I can truly tell how sharp an image is.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's fast and easy and the benefit is that it's free to use.

  ### 29. Fantastic File Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Adobe Bridge allows to effectively manage my files and keep thing organized, tailored to my own needs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

The interface is very outdated on the version that I am using. Other than that, I think that I like everything overal!

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Take full advantage of all of the features offered including metadata and keyword options.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep my files organized how I specifically need them. This makes it more efficient to store them and to find what I need with the tagging system.

  ### 30. Great Photo Editing Software

Usually I only use it when I import an item from/to Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. My data is nicely organized and easily to look up. I feel like its an essential help tool for people who use several Adobe softwares.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

There is really nothing I could dislike about this program, it just works fine for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

I recommend it if you use several Adobe products, it gives a hand. Also if I remember well it`s either way free or very inexpensive.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not really solve any actual problem, but it has added value to my work since it helps me to save a little time and make my data more organized and easily accessible. So I recommend it because it gives you a hand and fasten up your working process.

  ### 32. Love it!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I am able to open images straight into Camera Raw, I can stay organize with photo albums, and I can even favorite my most frequent used folders.

  ### 33. Adobe Bridge is a useful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Easy to use. Shows your files in nice big graphics. You can open any Adobe file right from bridge. You can see the file information like, resoultion, date created, etc....

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

It can take a while to load depending on the capacity of your ram.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

makes file managagement easier.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can see all your adobe files without having to open them first.

  ### 34. Works wonders in the Photography business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge is great for being able to view many photos side-by-side. We need to do this all the time to pick the top photos to show clients so they aren't looking at hundreds to choose from. It is also great for processing raw images which we need to do for every photoshoot. We narrow down the best photos by using Bridges starring system and then process the 5 star images. I love that I can open all the images at once and choose to process them singly or in groups. I also love the batch rename feature. That is helpful for renaming tons of images for when we put them on our website.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge takes up tons of ram. It can cause the computer to go really slow if more programs are open at the same time. It can also move slow itself. I have an older MacPro and if I am processing raw images, I cannot save the images and process at the same time. I have to process them all and then save them all which wastes time because then I'm just sitting there doing nothing while they save, which also takes a bit of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

I know a lot of photographers use Light Room but for us, using Bridge in combination with viewing software (for the clients viewing) and photoshop for the final editing, it works perfect for what we need it for (selection process, processing raw, batch renaming).

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has helped streamline our photography studios process. It allows us to view raw files side-by-side and separate the best ones without have to save them all in a separate file, using the starring system. Then straight from the same program I can process all the favorited images and save them all while basically batch renaming the files at the same time.

  ### 35. Good tool to connect Adobe Softwares

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin T. | Director, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Easy way to manage, organize and view my data that I store on my Mac, also it helps me easily connect the files among Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

It is a helpful tool, practical. There is nothing that I would particularly dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

I recommend it, useful to have, and as I remember it was free.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program itself doesn`t make my business better or more profitable, but it saves me time when I`m looking up items when I use other Adobe tools. So it is helpful.

  ### 36. Bridge the Photo Gap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Graphic and Media Desginer, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge makes it easy to sort, rename and manage your photo library. It has changed the way I manage my image library and rename photos. I wont use any other image browser.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I am sad they they have removed the output integration which use to allow me to easily create customized contact sheets. I have tried their plugin with no success.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest time saver has been the batch rename and batch action application which allows me to easily rename and apply sequence numbers to any set of photos. The batch action drop down allows me to apply any batch in photoshop to edit images including conversion to CMYK for print.

  ### 37. Wonderful to use for Photography

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cami N. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like that Bridge allows for better handling and organizing of my photography. It allows for good meta tagging and works nicely with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing. I appreciate that you can use this to batch edit, and I like how the contact sheets feature works.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I dislike that it is not already a part of Adobe Photoshop, and that you have to have yet another software open and running on your computer while working with photos and/or graphic design. Although the contact sheet feature is nice, it could still use some improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

When considering Adobe Bridge, using the software is simple, and easy for the layman to use quickly without much training. Be aware that Adobe Bridge is literally what the name implies, it is a bridge between the files on your computer and Adobe Photoshop.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with the organization and care of large quantities of photos at once. I think it has a nice interface and plays nicely with other softwares that I use all day, everyday. This also helps me work faster.

  ### 38. Viewing Dreams Come True

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I love the viewing capabilities. If you are a Mac user, you know how annoying it can be to switch views while looking through your files, however Adobe Bridge solves that problem. You can view everything any way possible. I really enjoy looking at large thumbnails since I know that can be annoying to view through the typically finder.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I don't really dislike anything. I think this is a very simple program made to do the absolute basics which isn't bad in this case.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

I would recommend using this to view any and all files. I think that it will help finding files quicker and more efficiently.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve photo choosing problems with Adobe Bridge all the time. I have realized that this is the best way to view files where you need to see a thumbnail version versus opening each file individually.

  ### 39. Bridge collaborator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge is great for storing and sharing files with colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I wish there was a free version available.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design and ad work

  ### 40. Indispensable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Ease of quick task and file management. Editing a whole batch of images is a snap with Bridge. Sometimes you'll only have five minutes to actually fix your files, and they're well spent with this app.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

You can't do everything at once with this program! Unlike as described, Bridge makes it tough for some key elements, such as fine-tuned rotation, cropping, or image edits.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Give it a try!

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick, reliable image edits, renaming, and asset corralling. Bridge makes it a whole lot easier to get a set of inspiration images going.

  ### 41. Graphic Design Review for BRIDGE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

The ability to visually search/share my design files. Not all file types have previews when searching through folders in various software. The ability to see them all at once as a thumbnail and select all the files need saves time & energy. Being able to adjust the zoom level via the mouse (scrolling in and out) is great - it simplifies the viewing and keeps you from having to change view settings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

When I'm searching for files via date, clicking out of the folder and back to the list is sometimes tricky. It' would be great to be able to streamline the sorting process making it easier to click from file folder to file name (within the folder).

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Lighten the interface

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a salesmen comes in to discuss a project I am able to preview all the files that are under consideration before committing to opening them all in Photoshop - it saves time & computer resources. Not having them all open at once is great.

  ### 42. Adobe bridge cc 2017

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

You can visualize image on your true color profile with no alteration, you Sam view huge size images instantly on thumbnails view

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

No shortcut personalization at all! It is no practical to be going on the menu to the most of the thing.

It will be great to have shortcut and action as in photoshop, especially for batching

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

It is a great software to visualise images in their right color space without any color alteration as you would see by using other previews apps.
Accurate and intuitive to use, only con is the inability to personalise shortcut and action right inside the program

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viewing images, running batch through PS CC 2017

  ### 43. Great software for avid Photoshop users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Adobe Bridge is great for any photo related need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

No complaints really. It helps me with batches of editing photos in photoshop.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Free and super useful! Do it!

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's faster than other photo gallery programs and lets me work easily through other adobe softwares like photoshop and Lightroom.

  ### 44. Bridge also nearing obsolete style

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Designer + Developer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

Bridge allows for great image processing especially in large batch quantities, however I feel some what similarly about Bridge as I do about a number of other Adobe programs. It's slowly losing it's touch / necessity due to a number of other third party programs building sleeker, faster and lighter apps.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Sometimes the interface is a bit of a navigation. By no means to the extent as many other programs Adobe makes, however enough to slow down even an experienced user at times.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Don't believe I have enough experience to recommend anything of much use about Bridge. Have a tough time believing I actually even have enough experience to offer an opinion. While I've used it fairly extensively over the last 4 / 5 years, I really haven't done a wide array of processes within. One of the reasons I think it's possible another third party offers or will offer a sufficient, lightweight app with similar capabilities.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large batch processing and photo editing is an extensive part of my work. It would probably be near impossible to get anywhere near the amount of work done without Bridge, however I still stand behind the idea that a number of smaller lightweight processing apps that each perform different tasks might be more effective. The weight of Bridge allows for the user to do so much, however if I were to guess – The average and most common user only ever uses less than 50%.

  ### 45. Use bridge to batch large files of photos and to look through a lot of photos at once

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katharine P. | Visual Designer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I love that I am able to browse through large files of photos at once without having to open them all one by one. It helps when it is a file full of high-res photos which can take forever for the preview to load. The feature to create contact pages is also a great help when trying to show clients all of the photos that are available. I also like that you are able to open the photos up in photoshop right from the program. It is nice to be able to edits the photos right away. The details you receive about the photos in the view are also great. The finder window doesn't show half as much as that.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

The design of the program is a bit outdated. I wish it was sleeker. Also I wish that Adbe would promote the benefits of this program more. It is a bit forgotten at times which is a shame.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps a lot on efficiency when looking for photos for projects. When before you had to scroll one by one you can view them all at once. I also like the feature to create contact pages as well.

  ### 46. Bridge is a great source for Adobe Creative Suite users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I love the ability to open multiple file types

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Takes some time to learn how to navigate everything

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

If you use Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator, Bridge is certainly an excellent tool for you.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to open multiple file types and work in different programs at the same time. Synergy across the board

  ### 47. Adobe Bridge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like being able to rate my photos with 1 to 5 stars and then organize them by the amount of stars they have . It makes it alot easier for me to pick which image I want to prioritize editing

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I think there could be better ways to group edit images from Bridge to Photoshop

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

Its best when used for archiving, rating and organizing your images. Group editing is in bridge isn't very good, theres other programs like Lightroom that are better for that

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im able to organize my files and get work done quicker.

  ### 48. Adobe Bridge for when you need quick access

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

It provides a really easy look at content without having to open multiple finder windows etc. It also makes opening other applications easier.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

Its function while useful also takes a long time to load as an organizational tool it takes longer to perform functions using bridge.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now? None.

  ### 49. Adobe Bridge Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like to ability to browse folders and their content. It's simple to explore inside the program. Excellent pictures even in the thumbnails for better review of documents. It works with nicely with Photoshop too.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I find the program can be slow sometimes andBridge isn't really the most beautiful program to look at. Honestly, if we didn't use it at work as part of a suite, I'd use alternative asset software.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an incredible program for viewing pictures in the right colour space.

  ### 50. Great tool to review photos and add favorites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca L. | Photographer, Photography, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Adobe Bridge?**

I like that I can look through all the photos from a photo session and add star ratings. I can also label certain photos and then just see those photos by themselves.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Bridge?**

I don't like that the zoom box zooms too far and it's pixellated. I'd like to see the zoom at 100% but it never looks like that, so I can't really tell if a photo is in focus until I bring it into photoshop or ACR.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Bridge:**

This program is very useful if you're a photographer. I personally learned photoshop many years ago and haven't quite figured out lightroom. I like how bridge, camera raw, and photoshop work together, and I'd rather use them than lightroom. First I bring my photos into bridge, favorite the ones I want to keep and edit, then I open them in Camera Raw, edit and save from there. I will then bring any photos that need additional edits into Photoshop and finish up there. It's a great system and I highly recommend it.

**What problems is Adobe Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me with my photography business because I can quickly go through my photos and decide which ones I'd like to keep and edit. I can delete photos right from Bridge, or favorite them, or label them. I can select the photos I want to edit and bring them right into Camera Raw to edit. It shows me my RAW files and allows me to go through them fast. I can also see photo info from the program, so I can see what settings I used in my camera.
