What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

I've been using Adobe Acrobat Reader for quite a while. It's simple to use, whatever is created on it is easier to read, it's also easier to download, it doesn't take up much smartphone, tablet, or hard drive space, and you can zoom in and out when you're trying to read and/or see objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

There aren't too many downsides with Adobe Acrobat Reader except for the following. One of them is that I wish it would automatically come with an editor feature. Secondly, there had been .pdf files that had been difficult to ready because the original copies weren't clean. Finally, there had been times when the font on the documents were so small that even zooming in didn't help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat Reader solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would again mainly say that when you have large documents to download, once they're converted to .pdf files, they're easier to download, and don't take up a lot of space on your devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Document Cloud?

Adobe Document Cloud makes managing and sharing PDFs super easy. I love how I can access my documents from anywhere and collaborate with others in real-time. The e-signature feature is a game-changer, especially when I need to get documents signed quickly without any hassle. The interface is pretty straightforward too, which makes organizing everything smooth and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Document Cloud?

One thing that’s not so great is the price—it can get expensive, especially if you're not using all the fancy features. It can also slow down older devices sometimes, which can be a bit frustrating. Plus, some of the cool tools are behind extra paywalls, which feels a little restrictive when you're already paying for a subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Document Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Document Cloud solves several key problems when it comes to document management and collaboration. One major issue it addresses is the hassle of handling paper documents and the need for physical signatures. With its e-signature feature, I can get documents signed digitally, saving time and eliminating the need for printing or scanning. It also solves the problem of accessibility by allowing me to access my files from any device, whether I'm in the office or on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

This reader integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft package and can be used on most PCs and other devices. It very seldom crashes and always gives me a great experience. I probably use it every day for one reason or another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Reader?

The free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader only allows users to view and annotate PDFs. Editing and advanced features like converting or merging files require the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat Reader solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat Reader solves several key problems when working with PDFs. First, it provides a reliable way to view and navigate PDF documents across multiple devices, ensuring that formatting and content remain consistent. This is especially important for sharing professional documents or forms. Additionally, it offers tools for annotating PDFs, such as highlighting, commenting, and filling out forms, which makes collaboration easier.

The benefit for me is the convenience of accessing important documents anywhere while maintaining their original format. It's also helpful for quickly reviewing and marking up materials without needing to print them out. For advanced needs, upgrading to Adobe Acrobat Pro gives additional capabilities, but for everyday use, the free version handles essential tasks effectively.
