What do you dislike about AdEspresso by Hootsuite?

After publishing my very first campaign I was greeted with an error about my audience. The same audience entered worked perfectly when being used on Facebook and other platforms.

It's now been almost two weeks and I still didn't hear a word from their "Tier 2 Specialist".

Most shockingly, they didn't even answer to my follow-ups and other support requests. Luckily we didn't spend a dime for this broken platform and outrageous customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdEspresso by Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?
