Whenever there are updates happening at Wisenet, there is no notification/ place of announcement for me to track, this creates problems for us as we heavily rely on WN information for reports. E.G. funding description has been updated since the beginning of 2023, and we only recently found out

I can create reports myself, it relies on WN to build the reports for me, in my preivous roles, I can customise reports as I need. I can understand the need for people who are not confidence at building reports, and they would need pre-made reports. However, for people who need dynamic report and know how to build them, having to go through WN each time, it's painful.

Mess loading, with similar logic, has to go through WN team, not something I can do by myself.

Additional development costs money, currently doing NSI testing and I found out that a lot of the scripts (a. Merge Record Test Scripts, b. Create/Update Student-Provider Relationships, and c. Change Notifications / Challenge student details) I need have are not supported, and going through the process will take a long time.

ITR reporting is not supported, and more and more ITPs and PTEs will enter this space as WDCs and the Government will enforce ITR shortly, we will need to go out sourcing options, which means we need to pay WN for SMS, and someone else for ITR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
