Very user friendly, easy to navigate. This is a platform I use on a daily basis and whenever having any issues the WiseNet team always respond in a timely and efficient manner. I feel there is probably a lot more to the platform that we could utilize that we don't even know about. Tasks.

It's great for tasking colleagues as they get an email however, when tasking myself I often forget to check. It would be great to have a reminder email when a task is coming to it's due date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to learn the basics of entering learners, the customer support is great, however I personally find that I feel I can communicate better by speaking to someone rather than through emails, link to NSI and Xero is handy, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont like how the upgrade on the learner page has changed the search function, prior to the upgrade the search function would allow you to use many different values to search the database, now you have to use the filter to search for any value other than the learner name, not an efficent use of time having to set the filter to search.

I find the Report Wizard quite a challenge to navigate, I rearly find what I am looking for and It can be time consuming so I no longer try to find the report myself I submit a Support Ticket. reports may not have all the informaion I am looking then have to run 2 reports and join them to get the data required.

Data may not filter down as you would expect, i.e the credit value of a unit does not filter down to the unit offer, yet the other data does from unit setup does

Simplicity and compliance are my major likes . Simplicity in everyday use is important as it is such a time saver and when another staff member is required to back me up they can complete tasks easily. Compliance is essential for Registered Training Organisations and the major area of stress, with Wisenet we know that when we use it correctly we are ensuring compliance. The export report function for AVETMISS reporting is so easy to use and simple to save and upload to NCVER, it makes an important job stress free . You can use only what you need to or you can use the advanced features as a small Registered Training Organisation working in a niche market we don't utilise all the features but I can see how they would be invaluable for RTO's with a larger student base and in a broader market . I have been using it for years and find it quite user friendly . I have never had trouble with access. Support requests are handled quickly, politely and efficiently, I have never had to complain about any aspect of Wisenet or the support staff . The odd glitch when you make an error and want to delete record has caught me out a couple of times. I have found though that support can usually fix the issue quickly. I find reports sometimes hard to navigate and find exactly what I want. I guess no one likes the cost of anything but all in all the annual subscription cost is worth it. The Canvas Integration is problematic. Developments made to improve its efficiency, usefulness and function have often not worked well and been extremely buggy. This has led to a product that doesn't work effectively with what is the leading LMS worldwide. The Wisenet developers should take more time to learn the different features and characteristics of Canvas LMS so that certain features don't become "off limits" due to the restrictions of the integration. Customer support surrounding these issues has been lacking, with developers not wanting to take swift action, and customer care staff gaslighting us into believing that all issues are our own and that our use of Canvas is out of the ordinary. The best thing I like about Wisenet is, that I can easily publish my course in a few clicks. the payment feature is very Good and Now Managing students is easy for me. their finance, marketing, academic progression, and performance dashboard are handy for tracking everything in my business. and customer support is also very responsive to me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard which outline the needed titles. It is simplied and very easy to locate and use. Further the second best thing is that, anytime we are stuck, we raise a ticket or contact the team and they are very quick the responses. They assist us which the basic level of even sending screenshots with explanations. so yea, if you are confused or lost with any information, the team is always there to help. Sometimes, the new updates are for the better but takes time for the staff to adjust to. In some cases, it gets confusing and complicated. The workflow in Wisenet is not always straight forward with multpile clicks and screens required to complete tasks such as updating course offers.

There is a huge amount of information that we do not enter and it would be good to be able to hide unwanted entries from our forms.
