
The "AI Actions" feature is a significant time-saver for our team. Being able to approve complex optimizations like budget reallocation or audience scaling with a single click is impressive. From a risk management perspective, the natural-language chat interface is intuitive, and the GDPR-compliant data security gives us peace of mind when connecting our financial service ad accounts. While it is arguably the best tool I’ve seen for Meta, its biggest limitation is the lack of multi-channel integration. At Apex, we don’t operate in a vacuum; our Meta performance is deeply tied to our search and display efforts. Having to jump between AdAmigo for Meta and different tools for our other channels creates a fragmented workflow. Additionally, while the "Autopilot" is great, the creative variants it generates sometimes need a heavy human touch to ensure they stay strictly within our specific industry compliance and brand guidelines.
