There are many excellent features in adam.ai which are very much necessary for collaborative team meetings. The best things about this meeting collaboration software are its simple easy to navigate user interface, meeting minutes option, risks and issues notes, in vote in decision section, integration with google calendar, automatic meeting creation with google meet and zoom, follow up and some other features. I am a teacher and I tried adam.ai when the pandemic hit. I used it to meet with my students in an organized way. I assigned meeting facilitators from among my students which made them feel responsible. We also created projects together and the app helped me remember which students were assigned certain tasks the week before. Decisions and Action Items from various meetings are organized by project and are arranged with timelines so they become meaningful and easier to track, instead of random pieces in a large pool of notes. A quick glance is enough to capture a project's status and you don't feel lost when switching between totally unrelated projects. Participants must register with email before being able to access the content.

That stops a lot of people from trying.

We looked at many other applications on the market like DoodlePoll, Calendy and none of them scheduled a meeting for a group of people allowing calendar invites to be sent directly to the attendees.
