## About Ada
Ada is an enterprise Agentic Customer Experience (ACX) company that helps large organizations deploy, manage, optimize, and scale AI agents for customer service, with more than 550 AI agents deployed across the world's most demanding enterprise environments. Ada's core differentiator is the ACX Operating Model: the only approach in the category that pairs an enterprise AI platform with structured methodology and expert guidance. The logic behind it is direct: the best customer experiences come from businesses that own and operate their AI agents, not ones that depend on vendors to run them. The companies that own their AI capability are the ones that compound value. Ada's job is to help them get there. Ada delivers that ownership through three components: the ACX Platform (AI agent management across every channel and language, no engineering dependency required), ACX Practice (a structured methodology for building, governing, and scaling an ACX program), and ACX Experts (who work alongside internal teams to build lasting internal fluency). The ACX Platform is designed with these core components: - Reasoning Engine™: A patent-pending intelligence layer that powers the AI agent across all channels using shared customer context, business logic, and configurable policies, with built-in accuracy and safety controls. Consistent experience meets reduced overhead. - Conversation Hub: Deploy an AI agent across voice, messaging, email, and custom channels in 60+ languages, with structured handoff to human agents when escalation is needed. - Performance Center: Tools for building, testing, and optimizing AI agent behavior, including Playbooks for complex multi-step workflows (refunds, rebookings, authentication), Coaching for continuous improvement, and Simulations for safe pre-launch testing. Tracks resolution rate, CSAT, NPS, and custom KPIs. - Developer Toolkit: Pre-built connectors for Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow, plus APIs, SDKs, and an MCP Server for managing the AI agent from tools like Claude or ChatGPT. - Enterprise-grade security: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and AIUC-1 certified, with Zero Data Retention and regional data residency. Ada was the first ACX platform to have achieved AIUC-1 certification, the world's first AI safety standard specifically designed for customer service agents—and Ada helped write it. Proven customer outcomes include: - IPSY (ecommerce) achieved 943% ROI on its AI investment within four months of using Ada's ACX platform alongside a 63% improvement in automated resolution rate and a 41% improvement in CSAT. Endy (retail) achieved an 85% automated resolution rate during a major national promotion and 75% CSAT during their warehouse sale. - eSky Group (travel) saw a 17-point increase in automated resolution in four months, a 19-point CSAT jump, and 200% ROI—running three brands across 50+ markets with one team on one platform. - Blackhawk Network (fintech) transformed into a mature ACX operation, automatically resolving ~50% of all incoming inquiries across brands and channels, and upskilling frontline agents with plans to expand AI across the entire enterprise. Across Ada's customer base, the impact extends beyond efficiency metrics. At ClickUp, support agents shifted from manually building chatbot content to specializing in product areas and contributing to lifecycle and retention strategy. At Endy, volume relief created new AI coaching and QA roles rather than headcount reductions. Ada is built for enterprise organizations with high-volume, complex support operations across industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail and ecommerce, travel, insurance, and technology.

**Reviewed by:** Dualeh D. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Great options and range of tools, with an outstanding team standing by for support if needed as they provide a wealth of information to start with.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Training the assistant to properly understand can be a bit cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

definitely worth it for your business if you are into customer service.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating most call ins and resolving matters via virtual assistance. Thus reducing volume of chat handoffs to our live team.

 ### 2. A chatbot that gets smarter and smarter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Setting up Ada was surprisingly easy, and I love that the team is continually working to improve the product. You can be sure that your opinions and feature requests will be heard. They're incredibly responsive and great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

A few of the things I disliked in the beginning have already been fixed!

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Make sure you fully understand what is included with the contract, including numbers of chats compared with what your agents are currently doing, and have a clear vision in mind of what you want the chatbot to do.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada is great for deflecting simple customer questions and I love how easy it is to customize.

 ### 3. ADA: Great virtual assistance solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quoc Tuan H. | Business Analysts, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Broad range of options and amazing support from the ADA team.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Training the assistant to properly understand can be a bit cumbersome. I wish there was a more streamlined/different way to help the assistant understand better

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada helps us resolve and reduce the volume of contacts to the call center by answering simple requests and be able to perform some transactions. This has helped to also reduce the operational costs.

 ### 4. One of the best ways to redirect requests to your business and educate your audience about it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

ADA's simplicity in design and constant support allows it to be handled by almost anyone in your company. Any entry-level worker that speaks English is able to learn it

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

There are minor bugs just as with any product nowadays, but all of them are being dealt with rapidly and efficiently.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

There are lots of similar options to consider on the market right now, but ADA is like a Mercedes of bots - it is elegant; easy to use and you will definitely make use of it for your business.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADA simply unloaded our support backlogs by responding to about 80% of requests. Sustaining ADA allows us not to hire another agent or give too much work to the ones we have.

 ### 5. Great platform and great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo "Panda" D. | CX Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The easy-to-use interface. It's very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The organization of the bot answers is tricky, sometimes it's hard to find a specific answer. An option to see it as a flowchart would be nice!

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

No complaints here... Great service, kind people!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we are moving towards a more advanced use of Ada, to offer more detailed and customized information to the customer, such as card delivery tracking information.

 ### 6. Ada helps us support 90M users a month- faster!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

One of the best thing that I like about Ada is how well their CX team operates. They're always available whenever we have any questions, very easy to contact and always on top of getting back to us. We have monthly meetings where they introduce new features, walk us through the roadmap and sometimes even invite us to beta test new features they're looking to implement. They're always on top of feedback which shows with how rapidly the product as grown and transformed, and if we have any questions they can always tell us if it's in the works of the roadmap, and if not they'll always make a note of it for the product team. They've even invited us to the office a few times, and taken us out to lunch! It's great to see how much they're listening!

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The bots training is very manual, and there is a lot of initial work that needs to be done to make sure that the bot is working with a high satisfaction rate. Once the work has been put in, the bot works very well and can pick up on answers, but especially with multi-lingual, the training can get clogged with multiple languages and distort the clarity if you're not on top of maintenance.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Ensuring that there is enough time carved out to implement and continued maintenance of the bot will definitely help with the success.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits would definitely be saving out Support agents time- we have a monthly user base in the tens of millions and so having a small team support millions of users on a monthly basis can be challenging. By taking the basic usability questions off our hands and help answer simple questions that would result in one-touch tickets, the team can work on larger projects to improve the overall experience.

 ### 7. Great Tool with Plenty of Future Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada is very user-friendly with a clean UX and intuitive design. From what I have seen and had experience with, Ada's AI also does seem to be more advanced than other chatbot tools I have seen. Additionally, as the admin, I do not need to pull in my tech team for any day-to-day needs (very light on code). The Ada team behind it is a dedicated team that always works to improve the product, which gives me confidence in continued improvements and feature rollouts to improve our user experience.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

As an admin/publisher I would like to see scheduling and drafting features so that I can make proactive changes rather than having to go in at the time that a change needs to be implemented. There are many reports and insights that aren't always available in Ada's analytics dashboard; that said, the team is always quick to respond to manual report requests.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada has helped us to curb a significant number of inquiries that had previously gone to a live support agent, saving us valuable resources as well as creating more fulfilling work for our agents - they no longer have to spend so much of their time answering simple FAQ questions, and can dedicate their time to the more complicated needs and requests of our customers.

 ### 8. Ada completely change the experience for our customers and team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleix L. | Customer Operations lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Very easy to implement and set up/ Efficient ACX team. Ada has helped us to scale up the team and make it more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The difference in our timezones makes communication harder if you have a last-minute question/issue or you need quick support.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada is our front-line support, dealing with 77% of our customer contacts. Missed chats were decreased by 95%

 ### 9. Briana Chat bot (BrokerLink)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada allows us to set up our chatbot for self-serve services.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

File upload feature for customers is not available at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

I recommend Ada to anyone looking to automate helpful responses that would typically need a real person to assist over the phone.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving mico-transactions that would typically need a phone call.

 ### 10. Director of CX LOVING Ada!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada has been like onboarding the best agent ever! It handles an insane number of chats simultaneously and is incredibly accurate and helpful! We’ve been thoroughly impressed thus far!

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Wish reporting was a bit more robust / customizable.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Absolutely choose Ada!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low level chat deflection which allows us to scale the business without adding unnecessary CX costs.

 ### 11. Quick, smart help for your customers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin B. | Director, Member Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada was easy to implement and our interface makes it quick to train and update. It makes our members and our agents happy!

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I love the interface and have no dislikes currently!

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Set up and implementation is easy with a little prep work. Ada's staff and service is unmatched.

Maintaining the bot is very simple and the user interfaces are intuitive and straightforward. And best of all our team enjoys it!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada allows us to "talk" to our customers, regardless of our business hours or the busy-ness of our agents.

Training Ada is easy and we've been able to leverage our well-constructed FAQs to solve member need without direct agent touch.

We manage within Ada in our regular workflow (making sure to update questions and train the bot regularly) and so we've been able to keep our containment rate high.

 ### 12. Happy Customer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada has been able to help our customer service team manage and handle customer inquiry volume. The Ada chat bot was easily added into our existing chat-based messaging tool to allow us to stand it up relatively quickly without too much effort.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

We currently only can support one brand with the Ada chatbot. We service multiple brands at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Ada should enable multi-brand support per chatbot instance.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are address increased volumes of customer service inquiries. Ada allows us to so without compromising customer service.

 ### 13. ADA is true to their word that they make the workflow efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Different blocks I can use to make the conversation with the bot more personalized.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Unavailability of the list options for FB messenger integration - was told though that this will soon be available

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to further improve and how we can learn more in order for us to be better chatbot admins for our markets.
-What I've realized is that the challenges we are escalating to them are being taken seriously and that they do their best to make our experience better.

 ### 14. Ada's team has been very helpful and we are enjoying the efficiency of the current bot we have.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexia G. | Customer Experience Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Chatbot portal is easy to navigate and create new answers.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Analytics should be updated more frequently for better real-time data assessment.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows FAQs to be answered without agent intervention. The containment rate has been above what was promised.

 ### 15. Easy & Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The ease of use. Ada's chatbot is extremely user friendly and easy to use. You can almost use it without any instructions.
The team at Ada is also super friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Occasionally we come across bugs but these are quickly resolved when we report them.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our customers used to reach out via email form, however now they are routed through Ada's chatbot which solves almost 50% of cases without requiring an email response.

 ### 16. Ada Feedback for Chatbot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Easy to build, edit, monitor. The dashboard is easy to use. The conversation flow works well for us. We have had a solid recognition rate.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Would like to have more of an ability to customize and more granular reporting. Right now we are asking Ada for a weekly report that is not natively a part of our dashboard.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case deflection. We are able to contain 90% of chats and not hand them off to support.

 ### 17. Great experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The support and the product! They make it very user friendly and constantly offer ways to maximize the potential of your bot.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Nothing I dislike. There's just more features I wish Ada had but these things will come in time.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Would definitely recommend using Ada. I already recommend it to all my friends in a support field.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to help more customers and reduce wait times for the high paying customers.

 ### 18. Great Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada has helped our team scale without adding headcount.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I wish that the load variable error was a little more subscriptive. It's confusing to know which article/answer needs to be added.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping answer questions for our 1 million + users without adding customer support headcount. We have been able to scale, save cost, and deflect support tickets.

 ### 19. One of the most intuitive platforms to chat

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

I really like the way in which we can tailor-make our automated responses for providing quality support to our customers and this can be represented in a significant decrease in the volume of work we used to have.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Perhaps it lacks interesting features such as speech recognition or some other tools which could help us make our job easier.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have mostly covered 'how-to' tickets that customers used to send us and which would take us a great deal of time to handle. Now, almost everything related to 'how to' tickets can be found in Ada. Therefore, we have improved communication with our customers.

 ### 20. An intuitive and friendly solution to improving the customer experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Easy to navigate and build content. Intuitive!

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Our cost per ticket increased. That cost was justifiable when measuring the overall experience, however.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

The overall cost was tough to justify, but when comparing the customer experience with and without, it's an easy sell. Ada has allowed us to contain up to 60% of our chat volume, leaving more time for our agents to handle the complicated issues.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating repetitive questions and expediting the tickets that cannot be contained.

 ### 21. One of the top chatbot companies, reliable, easy to use, competent.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron P. | e-Service Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

User interface of the backoffice and how simple it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Make it easier to accommodate multiple brands within a single bot, without needing to purchase an additional bot. Also make the analytics more transparent when accommodating multiple bots.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently working on having Ada tackle on-call issues which cause hundreds of contacts, where responses are repetitive and simple.

 ### 22. Intuitive and Simple to Work With

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

I enjoy how I can create flows easily without having a technical background.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I wish there was a function to schedule a message not on a recurring basis.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Highly recommend for any organization looking to incorporate automation into their operations.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada has helped our business reduce call centre traffic and streamlined support cases, resulting in a better customer experience.

**Official Response from Elan Keshen:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback - scheduling messages is definitely on our radar and I will flag your note to the product team.

 ### 23. The BEST vendor I've ever worked with and a 50% reduction in our chat wait times!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda K. | Director of Customer Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The Ada team is without a doubt the most supportive and engaged vendor I've ever worked with. We launched our chatbot on an incredibly expedited timeline (34 days including the Christmas break) and they not only worked closely with us to hit our launch date, but have been there to support us and share best practices every step of the way since. A huge thank you to Kayla, Holly, and Perri for all your amazing support!!!

On top of that, Ada's back end is intuitive and easy to learn and use. We're also able to feed customer data into Ada so that we can surface different versions of an answer to different customers, as well as route them to different support channels based on eligibility and hours of operation.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

We've experienced various issues with Ada's Zendesk integration, but the Ada team has bent over backwards to help us investigate and resolve issues, and they're currently working on a new Zendesk integration that we're hopeful will solve our remaining issues!

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

You won't regret saying yes to Ada!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada provides our users with an on-demand tool for quick help 24/7, even when our support team isn't available. Since implementing Ada, we've drastically reduced our live chat volumes and reduced our chat wait times by 50%.

 ### 24. Good but needs more customization options and integration with other chat tools such as Bomgar

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Simple interface
Few downtimes
good support

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Low to no customizations such as changing accent colors or fonts
Cannot integrate with chat providers such as Bomgar from inside the chatbot
No filters for variables in the report view

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick answers for repeat questions by users.

**Official Response from Elan Keshen:**

> Hey there! Thanks for sharing your review and feedback.

We have some exciting features coming in Q1 2021 that will support two of these areas you touch on - advanced branding (accent colours and updated chat window), and filter by variables. We will keep track of Bomgar as a Live chat tool as we expand our handoffs in the future.

 ### 25. Ada has been very helpful for our company and it's only going to get better!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

We are able to help our customers faster!!

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

There isn't much we don't like currently, we are looking to upgrade in order to utilize ADA even further!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are deflecting tickets and being able to support customers from all angles.

 ### 26. Very good experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The onboarding was easy. Product matched what was delivered.
Support was always there when needed

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

some integrations were not as easy as it was. However with the amount of support received we were able to overcome.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Look no further. Ada provides a good solution for automation and customer self serve. Integration is easy with little to no coding experience

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent quality being delivered.

Able to attend to clients during out call center off hours.
Helps tackle surface level issues with clients before being escalated to a live agent

 ### 27. Happy with the product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aymen E. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The interface is very easy and I have seen some amazing implementations of the features which I'm looking to implement

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

That it only works on Google Chrome and not other browsers

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of clients and customers calling

**Official Response from Elan Keshen:**

> Hi Aymen,
I am glad you are enjoying Ada and find the interface easy to use. Yes, the builder dashboard only works on Chrome as it is the most reliable and common browser for building with AI. The good news is you can chat with Ada on any browser (or App, or messaging channel).

 ### 28. Great experience with the bot + people at ADA

We like how efficient the bot is and the information you retain from the bot.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

It can be a bit technical from training the bot to learning the backend.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of volume coming into our support team.

 ### 29. Ada dominates self-service applications!

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Most importantly is the relationship that we have with the success team. At the foundation of any good partnership is communication and trust. With that at the forefront of their relationships with their clients, the value-add Ada can bring to the business is unmatched. The team is alongside you every step of the way guiding strategic decisions and providing straight forward insights to help you achieve your goals.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

What I dislike is our inability to have additional resources which has nothing to do with the Ada team. Self-service and automation is a commitment and your organization needs to be ready to support these types of initiatives with resources dedicated to project managing the platform.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, self-service and optimal & efficient experiences for our customers.

 ### 30. This is the best and most fun technology that we've implemented for chat deflection and self-help.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

We love the Ada support team and the on-boarding process. They have been there with us every step of the way. We were able to train a bot manager to learn the gaps and fill them accordingly. These gaps are natural because end-users do not speak the use the same lingo as our Help Center. If Ada doesn't know how to respond – she can easily suggest a couple of different choices to the end-user or route to a live agent.

We use the built-in analytics to make Ada more efficient and autonomous. It's super important to have a dedicated bot manager to ensure your clients are having a healthy experience with their self-help needs.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

We're very happy with all things that Ada has offered.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

We launched our chatbot in March 2020, which was incredibly helpful as the pandemic began to affect our customers. Our chatbot has been able to address nearly 70% of the requests it gets, leaving more of our support agents available to help customers who need more assistance, and Ada seamlessly brings in one of our live agents in Zendesk when the customer needs more help. We can easily make modifications to the bot, and its use of machine learning makes it incredibly easy to quickly get the information we need to out to our customers.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients in different timezones with different needs. Ada offers amazing conditional fields and variables that connect with our product. We're able to leverage these pieces of technology to provide individualized service to our clients and their unique implementations of our product.

Ada integrates very tightly with our Zendesk ticketing management system. Because of this, we're able to track all the bot communications on the same ticket and read through the historical information that was exchanged between our end-users and Ada. This is only relevant if the bot interaction requires a live agent for assistance. Otherwise, all self-contained engagement lives in the Ada database and does not generate a ticket in our Zendesk instance. This is beautiful because we only want to track relevant/actionable tickets with our Support Agents. We love that Ada keeps the self-contained engagement conversations in its own system because this doesn't pollute our ticketing system with the tickets that were 100% deflected by Ada.

In addition, we use tags and labels within Zendesk to identify and route our end-users to the appropriate departments. We're able to leverage these tags on our customer records within Zendesk to generate workflows in Ada. Ada is able to provide unique workflows and communication based on the tags that it is referencing within the client's record. We also are able to provide the necessary support for anonymous users so that EVERYONE is getting the help they need.

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The user interface is nice and the drag and drop is fine.
The support is superb. Everyone we've dealt with from ADA is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

the drag and drop utilities are not exactly good. They dont snap in place and often takes several tries to get things where needed

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a virtual assistant for our company

 ### 32. Ada is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

- The customer success management is really good. We have follow up meetings every months and we always great insights and improvement tips.
- The tool is very easy to implement and to use on the admin side.
- It's also very easy to use on the final user side.
- The answers are multilingual and there's automated translation, which is really great.
- We get useful insights on the admin side and it's very easy to improve the bot's comprehension and answers

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

We've had a really positive use of Ada so far. They're nothing we can complain about.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

It's a great tool with great customer success management.
If you have a lot of incoming support requests from your users, the chatbat is an excellent product that will help you save time and make your users happy.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a very busy support team, mainly because of direct chat. They couldn't spend time on other valuable tasks.
Now we have a great retention rate and they have much more time for those other tasks.

 ### 33. Positive results driven lead by an engaged ACX team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric W. | System Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The support provided by the ACX team was superb. There was prompt responses to questions that were asked and the guidance provided helped me become self sufficient in the creation and training of future answers. Once the bot was set up, they provided suggestions on additional answers needed based analysis of answers that were not recognized.

The other feature that I liked was the ease of use found in the chatbot set up. The UI is a drag and drop with the ability to move sections around, even after they are initially set up. The training of answers from questions that are not understood is as simple as looking at the statement that was made and selecting the appropriate answer and hitting the "train" button. A new feature has also been added that allows you to transfer training from one answer to another with just a click.

The ACX team at ADA has quarterly updates that highlight new features and improvements. There is also a community that you can ask your peers what their experiences and best practices are.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The initial pricing was higher than we could accept for a sustainable ROI. There was a good amount of negotiating needed to get to a place were it was affordable and the ROI would be realized in a relatively short amount of time. It would be better if the initial entry point would be lower without the need for negotiation.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Ada is a well developed product that has the user experience as well as the end customer in mind. The administrative interface is easy to use and intuitive to learn. The ability to embed video and external links heightens the customer experience. The Support team knows their product and roles to get the most out of a custom chatbot experience based on the business' needs. They will suggest how to give the bot a personality that exemplifies the brand that you are presenting.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have greatly reduced the live chat volume on a monthly basis. Email ticket volume has reduced slightly. ChatBot does provide another avenue for our subscribers to self service 24 hours a day.

 ### 34. Chatbot expertise and best practices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Ada?**

A very intimate relationship in building solutions for our business, including all regulatory and organizational constraints we had to deal with.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Running with different companies and timezones sometimes delayed deliveries.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating customer support workflows, which allows customers to receive a rapid response prior to agent care, if required.

 ### 35. Daily Ada User

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The Ada Team is very helpful and informative.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I would like to see building and brainstorming within the Ada program. For example, a flowchart option within the bot for Team deliberation vs a continous scroll and clicking through the Answers view to follow decision trees.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have any current issues to resolve other than continue to improve analytics with our client. I have experienced the benefit of Chatbot software by lessening the traffic our live agents handle.

 ### 36. When Personalization and Self-Service Meet

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada is a versatile solution that allows us to personalize our user experience, while focusing on customer service trends and allowing our team to focus on instant self-service. The team at Ada has been great to work with. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely customer-centric, listening and implementing regular improvements based on feedback.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Ada is still a relatively new solution, and there are definitely some quirks that need to be worked out.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're meeting customer needs in new/unique ways, we're also solving issues beyond chatbot with Ada, including chat routing inconsistencies.

 ### 37. More in touch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

That they really understand our requirements

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I would like more calls and less emails to keep in touch with customer service

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of chats/contacts

**Official Response from Elan Keshen:**

> Thanks for the review! I would be happy to pass this feedback on to our ACX consultants. Feel free to email me at elank@ada.support and I will pass on the preferred communication style feedback.

 ### 38. ADA has been an amazing service that has alleviated a majority of the worklad!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler G. | Engineer-Contractor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

It simplifies the workload of our technical support team and alleviates a lot of customers from the trouble of having to reach out to our team with their information requests.

The most helpful thing about ADA is how quickly it responds to our customers and that our customers sometimes even think they are talking to a real person. It provides excellent customer service experience for anyone looking to have easy questions solved.

Another upside to ADA is how easy the interface is to input questions and answers. We had tried multiple other services, but found ADA to be the easiest and most user friendly interface for both the company and our customers. ADA is a fantastic service and would purchase again and recommend to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Ada is a great service, but unfortunately we do run into some issues.

The least helpful thing about Ada is when it incorrectly recognizes the issue that the users are reaching out about. We have noticed that sometimes, our customers get extremely frustrated with how the ADA bot communicates/answers some of their questions that are either typed incorrectly/misspelled/or just improperly worded.

A downside to ADA would also be how sometimes it does not update our inputted information quick enough to match our product releases. Other than that the service has been tremendous and we would recommend it to anyone who needs an ADA service.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

ADA is a great service for any company that is growing quick and needs to handle an influx of new users, it is extremely user friendly and easy to implement

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing company and being acquired by an even bigger company, we have noticed an influx of customers. We are also releasing two big new application updates which are going to increase the amount of new users we must attend to.

Using ADA will help alleviate a majority of this workload because we can input generic questions/answers that would resolve the basic issues that we can expect our new and existing customers to experience.

Through the implementation of ADA, I can give monthly statistics, ADA has managed and saved us over 2,000 tickets from being created every month. This alleviates alot of the work for our department and allows us to focus on bigger / more difficult issues that customers inquire about.

 ### 39. Absolutely amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada has handled most interactions with our customers, saving so much time for the agents to take care of the issues that need the most attention. We pride Ada as if it were another human working with us. The more attention we put towards the backend, the more it helps our whole team of Technical Support agents.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The only issue is having to do the tedious work to make Ada work effectively. However, this is needed in order for Ada to do its magic. We do spend a lot of time working on the answers and questions on the back end. This also has to be updated on a daily to weekly basis to reflect any new issues or features that we have within our products. When we are focused on Ada, it takes time away from the customers that need to be responded to, which is our main priority.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

If I had to give advice to others, I would say to not even waste time looking for another chatbot. Ada seriously helps so much!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We though the Technical Support team was the front line of a company. However, Ada is actually the frontline of TS. Ada handles the bulk of our requests before they ever reach an agent. This gives us time to get all the necessary information to assist a user and also gives us the time to handle the request with extreme quality. The greatest benefit of Ada is the fact that we are able to create our chatbot exactly how we need it to work. It is so customizable and easy to flow through. Also, one of the greatest benefits is the fact that our customers are able to get support at any time. Even when agents are unavailable, customers can still get support, which is the greatest problem that we are able to solve.

 ### 40. Great communication and easy to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorissa A. | Customer Care Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

They are very helpful. They always answer us in a timely manner. They are also very forthcoming whenever we have some challenges or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

There are some reporting that is not yet available in their dashboard that is very essential for us to understand our data. We also need help in some integrations like FB Messenger.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Ada is good in providing recommendations, but you need to be specific to be successful. Having touchpoint meetings with brainstorming of ideas helped us with implementation and even now that we are live.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a company like us who just started with bots, Ada was able to help us provide that great experience - for our customers and our team members. It is very easy to understand and use, for anything else, Ada's team is always there. Kudos to them!

 ### 41. Scale your support with minimal cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The team at Ada has been incredibly collaborative and very responsive to feedback. We've been able to (and continue to) heavily personalize the service experience for our users and optimize it. It's a much softer touch than other self-service tools out there.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

There is still limited reporting functionality for drilling down and filtering. Building a great bot still takes a lot of time, and part of that is the learning curve getting up to speed on Ada's dashboard. We've had the embed script break on us multiple times, without knowing that the team at Ada made updates on their end. Communication on that front has been a bit lacking. It's important to design a bot around a brand and if we can't get that communication, there should be more options to customize the native bot experience. We still can't do everything we want to do with the embed script.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the time it takes users to get an answer and automating service. We're still learning and looking into expanding the role that chatbot plays. We're working on making the bot more actionable, allowing users to take action directly through the bot and find out more information about their account.

 ### 42. Ada Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

I like the automatic detection that Ada used for assigned answers. If a customer typed in questions that were close enough in exact text to answers we had written, it would still match. I also liked the ease of use via the Ada dashboard. Training new staff on how to use Ada was a breeze because of this.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

The bot was a bit slow at times. I found that the loading ellipsis were longer than they needed to be. I understand those ellipses were likely what the customer sees as the bot itself loads, but working on loading times might be a beneficial area of focus for the Ada team in the future. Note that we did not stop using Ada because of Ada as a product, but rather for a shift in the direction of the product that we used it for.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

When using the chatbot, be very fine-tuned in your responses. Cover as much ground as you can to see your support conversion increase.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We we're able to bring the support debt on certain campaigns down by up to 90%, which was invaluable for saving us time, costs and resources! Ada also allowed for updates to be made that went live quickly, so we could constantly update the content we needed to convey.

 ### 43. Easy navigation, edit but room for improvement :)

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Ada is very straight forward when it comes to editing and adjusting articles. You don't need to have a background in tech/coding to figure out how it works - making it that much easier to adapt to your own site/platform

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

I do wish that Ada's metrics would become more sophisticated and in-depth. Often times, I feel that the metrics are only showing the overall trend but not the core that's creating the trend.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

If you are looking for ways to reduce number of inquires for super easy and quick answers, ADA is a good option to consider.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing overall ticket volume but also making our customers more self-efficient!

 ### 44. The best crew/company to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesselle A. | Business Analyst II, Content Editor - Automated Customer Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Ada?**

As an internal Product Owner, I feel confident speaking in front of my stakeholders knowing ADA is behind me because they always deliver. They grant wishes and always such a positive to work with. Working as an Agile team, I know the challenges with delivering on a promise - but someone ADA makes it looks so easy.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

ADA has more potential for growth, their journey is just beginning. Keep innovating and you'll remain awesome. And with this much awesome - it's hard to dislike!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow customer to receive support quicker for less complex inquiries and issues. 1.2 million conversation automated in the last year.

 ### 45. Successful roll out of Ada Chat bot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The depth of the features as well as the intuitive nature of the bot setup portal

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Only current negative would be making sure that the reports match what we are seeing in our Help Desk platform

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Pleasure to work with, very streamlined in their on boarding process and responsive with service.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada enables us to provide customer support to our users by solving simple issues or ones that require step by step instructions.

 ### 46. Easy and versatile!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor C. | Customer Service Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Compared to our latest chatbot provider, ADA means versatility and efficiency. With an extremely easy-to-use platform, ADA makes chatbot building easy. New features are also constantly being added. There are so many that you may struggle to even find use to all of them.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

So far, the only downside we've faced since implementing ADA on our website was a connectivity issue with Zendesk's chat platform. As we currently have them both integrated, there are still a few small hiccups here and there. Despite that, using ADA is still an extremely pleasant experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

ADA is undoubtedly amongst the best chatbot providers out there. Having had previous experience with other companies, we are confident that we have chosen the right people by switching over to ADA.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to ADA, we have reduced the staff necessary to cover our online chat platform, allowing the budget to be redirected to other areas. Time was also saved in making amendments in the bot's backstage, which is considerably easier than the previous chatbot provider we used.

 ### 47. Ada has made every day interaction with customers more efficient and less cumbersome.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

Being able to train and customize the bot.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Ada sometimes finds difficulties know what the customer says, and its speech pathing can easily be tripped up.

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Its a great product.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ada is used to provide knowledge into our products, and provides a first essential step for our users.

 ### 48. Best Support Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Ada Support Team is very helpful and will assist you all throughout.

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Nothing, all good with Ada Team they are very helpful!

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

All good with Ada Team. They are very helpful and their recommendations are insightful. We found the perfect partners!

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The contact rate.

 ### 49. Great experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

I like the customizability of the platform

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

How it integrates with other platforms, we found some challenges when Ada would create tickets and send it to Hubspot (Hubspots fault tho)

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Take your time when implementing. Spend time on constantly rejigging it to make it better and better. You get what you put into it. Get all of the help and rersources from the ADA team that you can, they are lovely.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for ticket deflection to increase self-service. I realize that a lot of problems clients face can be solved by directing them through separate flows that typically end to our help-centre instead of creating a ticket.

 ### 50. Ada: User Friendly, Nimble, Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ada?**

The ease of use and learning with the interface, helpful and friendly support from the Ada side, willingness to work to support our specific needs, ease of training

**What do you dislike about Ada?**

Cannot custom build some scenarios for individual use-case, some difficulty managing/understanding analytics

**Recommendations to others considering Ada:**

Ada is incredibly easy to learn to use and train, and if you are willing to put in the work to build it out, you can achieve great results!
Excellent for supporting an existing CX department and enabling customers to be more self-sufficient, and reduce agent hours needed.

**What problems is Ada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Streamlined our customer service
-Enabled customers to be more self-sufficient
-Saved real agent hours to use on more high-level/escalated cases
