There is not much that I can say that I dislike about them.

Helping our team with our Sales force enviroment. We did both a Data migration and some automation and Ad Victoriam crushed it.

I was working for a really cool fintech company for the last few years which hired Ad Victoriam to implement Mulesoft and complete additional development projects. Phase one of our defined projects included Salesforce Classic to Lightning conversion, sales cloud enhancements, new partner community, and a new customer portal.  The partner and customer portals both included complex reporting from our back end systems which were then accessed through Mulesoft.  This defined project went so well that we decided to bring in Ad Victoriam to provide ongoing staff augmentation and development.  

In every one of my experience with any Ad Victoriam consultant, they provided excellent Salesforce knowledge with a true commitment to re-useable components and scalable architecture.  However, their Salesforce and development expertise were well matched by the business sense and strong communication skills which made working with Ad Vic teams. With the launch of the staff augmentation project, the new team members hit the ground running to remedy a backlog of business process enhancement requests.  Within six months, the team had reduced Time-to-resolution for support tickets from an average of 7 to an average of 1.5 days, and the volume of bug tickets began to decrease beginning on month 4. 

All in all, I would work with Ad Victoriam again, because of their commitment to Salesforce native solutions, business-focused solutioning, and professional, collegial communication.

Ad Vic creates efficiencies and accelerates work by focusing on reusable and scalable components.   Ultimately, in an organization with a highly and inefficiently built out technical debt, Ad Vic was able to build an integration into complex on premise systems to reveal customer data in logical and elegant ways.

**What do you dislike about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

Any consulting firm is going to bring their own process and build bias.  If you're seeking a great development firm to build a large, unique, Apex class and trigger heavy solution, Ad Vic is going to offer you many declarative alternatives.

**What problems is Ad Victoriam Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outcomes of our work with Ad Victoriam include a working data integration between cloud and on prem systems, increased delivery speed, and reduced volume of service requests.

Ad Vic successfully set up Salesforce for my non-profit. Their consultants are knowledgable, thorough, and fast-moving. They helped me cover numerous blind spots that I wasn't even aware of. Overall, I greatly appreciated the pro bono efforts they took to enable the growth of my organization via Salesforce implementation, and I think it is emblematic of the broader community support that makes this organization so special.

My predecessor brought SalesForce to our organization several years ago.  As we've grown, the current configuration no longer worked with our process.  I reached out to Ad Victorium to help use reconfigure our instance of SaleForce to make us more efficient.  We were assigned awesome analysist that helped up rethink our processes in a way that maximizes our efficiencies.  Then, they redesigned our SalesForce interface to take advantage of those efficiences.  Before our engagement with Ad Victorium it would take each member of our team at least a whole day and a half to finish our end of the month reports.  We now can do that in three hours, sometimes less.  I could not be happier!

**What do you like best about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

I really appreciated how patient they were with us.  We were in the process of physically moving our offices in the middle of our engagement with them and sometimes it made scheduling meetings difficult... or necessary to reschedule because of lack of internet, etc.

I cannot say anything negative about our engagement.

Our team became a lot more efficient than we even expected.  They helped up recognize issues we did not realize we had.  Once they learned our team's goals and mission, they showed us how SaleForce could automate a lot more than we realized and then provided the configuration and training for us to take advantange of new features and automations.

AdVictoriam has been the valued Salesforce partner of FLUX Pumps Corporation for the past 6+ years. From implementation of our production org along with weekly meetings to help FLUX fully understand the product and maximize our gains with Salesforce. More recently, we just wrapped up a custom designed interface of our Salesfroce org with proALPHA ERP software which was selected by our parent company in Germany. AdVictoriam worked closely with the technical team overseas to design and implement the custom solution.

**What do you like best about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

AdVictoriam continues to be a critical partner for FLUX Pumps in order for us to push the limits with the Salesforce products. We have a standing weekly meeting with an AdVictoriam team member which really helps keep us pressing forward. AdVic always provides us with their high degree of expertise which has made a lot of what we have accomplished possible.

We do not have any complaints with AdVic at this time.

AdVictoriam continues to raise the bar in their industry. You can't go wrong by partnering with them.

FLUX is always working to identify what it is that will make our sales and customer service teams more efficient. We then take these ideas and work with AdVictoriam to come up with a solution. The solution might not be what we originally had in mind, but we always wind up with an end product that meets or exceeds our expectation.

Our company launched Salesforce in 2014 and we have not done much in the way of upgrading our platform.  We tasked Ad Victoriam Solutions with helping us rebuild our Salesforce platform and create a workflow that works for our organization.

**What do you like best about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

The most helpful part of working with Ad Victoriam Solutions is its people.  They are professional, courteous, knowledge and efficient.  They took this project and made it relatively painless.  Jitin, Johan and Stacy kept us updated on a weekly basis and we always knew exactly where the project stood.

**What do you dislike about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

There is not much to dislike working with Ad Victoriam Solutions.  They have done exactly what that have told us that they would do and completed the task either on time or ahead of schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering Ad Victoriam Solutions:**

There are many companies that claim that they can perform like Ad Victoriam Solutions but there is no need to look any further.  Ad Victoriam Solutions makes any Salesforce CRM project seem like its child's play.  There is no need to look any further...just save yourself the headache and work with this company.

**What problems is Ad Victoriam Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are one company inside of a larger organization.  Part of the assignment is for Ad Victoriam Solutions to adapt our current Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our larger organization.  What has helped the process move quickly is that Ad Victoriam Solutions understanding of business organizations and how they need to interact.  They have provided valuable insight on how we need structure Salesforce.

We are a small non-profit with few resources and even less technical acumen. Ad Victoriam provided assistance in helping us better manage our Salesforce product.  They helped create systems that saved us time and money and made our data more accurate. Ad Victoriam helped us set up dashboards that provided data that helped us  understand and run our organization more efficiently. They also created a program to automate our thank you note process in Salesforce which was highly accurate.

Ad Victoriam was respectful of our time and was flexible in creating solutions. The manner in which they did this was compassionate and accessible.  Best of all they, understood our challenges  and provided easy effective answers. Our weekly meetings were productive and focused on results. Ad Victoriam was a joy to work with.

The impact that Ad Victorian had on our work was tremendous. They took processes that had the opportunity for mistakes and made it mistake free. They added value to our organization because they saved time on repetitive but vital functions of our operations. We now have more time to focus on other important issues in our work. Our donors are more appreciated because of the detail and accuracy that our new process creates. Because of Ad Victoriam, we now have a better understanding of who our donors and where we stand throughout the year on revenue generation.

Ad Victoriam Solutions has been helping us since we re-launched our corporate Salesforce initiative. They have worked on everything from the implementation of sales and service cloud to CPQ to custom objects and processes to a partner Community with integration to Oracle via Mulesoft.

Ad Victoriam Solutions takes the time to understand our business and processes in-depth, which makes development and implementation much smoother. Their team is very knowledgable, quick to respond  and honest with us.

For us, we have not experienced any major issues with Ad Victoriam Solutions.

Make sure you understand your business and needs. Ad Victoriam Solutions is a great partner, but you also have to be willing to put in the effort to make sure you are scoping the project correctly for your use case.

Company-wide, we have been able to use Salesforce to break down barriers of communication between our different divisions. In addition, we are making processes more efficient, putting automation in place and expanding our efforts to also include our distribution network. All of this has been supported by the work Ad Victoriam has done, and we have a vision in place to create a true 360-degree customer view.

We had some tasks that needed scripting and automation on our records. AVS helped us by first talking us through our idea and how we could implement it in Salesforce. They discussed the viability and level of difficulty with each task. They remained transparent about the process and met regularly to keep us in the loop. In all, we covered 10 - 15 various tasks covering a range of difficulties. The project lasted a little over 4 months.

**What do you like best about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

They were innovative and took the time to understand our instance and how we use it. They were clear about when they would test in sandbox, push to production, etc. I know this may seem trivial, but being reliable and communicative is key. Lots of consultants these days assume they know more than you do and that your instance needs to be what they want it to be. AVS was not like that at all!

**What do you dislike about Ad Victoriam Solutions?**

I didn't really have any dislikes. They met with us on time and were prepared with what we asked. There were a few disconnects on what we needed vs. what they provided, but I think that's natural when it comes to working with a consultant.

With any consultant, be prepared and succinct with your needs, at least at first. The time for details comes when you get into the tasks themselves.

We had a wide variance of needs, but they all centered around how we interact with data in our instance. They were key to helping us gain valuable, actionable insights that drive ROI and show whether our efforts / focus are where they should be.
