They all speak Ukrainian which makes it easy to communicate! Plus they have tech allowing me to budget hiring of sales and marketing people that I need to engage time to time for my clients. They are super fast and responsive **What do you dislike about Acvian?** Guys should extend their services to other countries too :) **Recommendations to others considering Acvian:** I compared a few Employer of Record companies that work with Ukraine and Acvian offer good, fair pricing and are experts in the Ukrainian payroll. Great service and good value for money **What problems is Acvian solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a solution to hire and pay several digital marketers in Ukraine for my UK-based client that wanted to hire them; the client didn't have their own office in Ukraine. The managers live in different cities. I found Acvian's offer the best given the expertise and the price they offered to us. Their team provided my team with expert consulting regarding labor regulations and taxation in Ukraine, helped us open bank accounts and arranged monthly payroll. The client was fully satisfied! As a client, you may need to learn about the nuances of how the law works in a certain country. The team is very service oriented and helps with a variety of questions that pop up. The speed is also impressive. **What do you dislike about Acvian?** Cannot really think of anything. I’ve had a great experience with them. **What problems is Acvian solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acvian helps to hire full-time remote workers and takes care of their payroll with all deductions and benefits as long as they are employed. We’re happy to have reached Acvian. We had an urgent project and had to find someone to come on board right away. There was no way we would go there or try to train someone in HQ and send manager to Russia and Norway to finalize. So we got in contact with a provider who had expertise and quality network in Russia and Norway and went with our gut. At this point, we’re considering shifting to Acvian fully. As our company grew here in Portugal, we’ve committed to the thought that we’d like to make the guys full-time employees with a complete benefits package. This is where our Operations manager suggested we outsource this, since both guys were residents of Ukraine. Acvian came in handy, jumping right into the task. Acvian guys were responsive, flexible and understanding. We have found them accessible and easy to talk to. We can recommend them for global HR outsourcing for companies like ours that deal with remote web developers and such. **What do you like best about Acvian?** Since legalizing the employees was key for our firm in this project we set out to look for an EOR provider with a good quick setup and strong network in the country (Portugal). Many many companies do both EOR and PEO. He was unable to travel due to COVID restrictions. Acvian, though quite new in the market, responded quickly and reacted professionally. They maintain a strong partnership with payroll providers in 118 countries, including Kazakhstan. We were lucky to have found Acvian since we got very unfriendly quotes from much bigger providers for single employment in Kazakhstan. Reasons being, either the employee count too small or the region - uncooperative and "complicated". This is our first time employing abroad, so we were very happy to find a reliable company that delivers despite the complications. This is a shout-out for Acvian. I think they will get much more acknowledgment as time goes by. **What do you like best about Acvian?** Acvian team was all very cooperative, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in all questions of international employment. **What do you dislike about Acvian?** At the very beginning, their small size was a concern, but as we moved on with this project, we became more and more ascertained they shared an immense depth of experience/competence in the field of international PEO/EOR. **Recommendations to others considering Acvian:** Talk to Anton Z and Tanya G. They are both very fast)))) **What problems is Acvian solving and how is that benefiting you?** We managed to successfully hire/employ talent in Kazakhstan despite the apparent complications for international hiring in the region.
