Honestly, there is NOTHING I like best about Acuntix any more. I have been a subscriber since 2015 and something changed in 2019 where things started going downhill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The online scanner has become basically useless. Product has not materially improved or changed since at least 2015. Customer support is non-existant.

On each renewal our account goes offline for MONTHS. Many emails back and forth to get them to turn the account back on even if I include the receipt from their own system showing the account as paid.

One year they ended up deleteing ALL of our records.

Their licensing model is the worst I have ever used! They sell you target URLs committed by annual contract, but if a user deletes a target from the UI and tries to replace it with another because something changed in your business model, that target license is unusable until the next annual renewal. You can't even add back in the URL you removed. I can understand a hold period like a month to prevent license swapping, but mixing a consumption model, and a subscription model is ridiculous!!! And if you want to add licenses to cover the interim, you can't. You have to extend to your entire current term. I have experienced that some vulnerabilities still can't be detected by Acunetix and still need manual VA of the application, so guys, please don't rely 100% on automated tools like Acunetix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
