What do you like best about Acumatica?

I really like how Acumatica acts as a single source of truth for our operations, which allows us to best serve our customers. The usability is a game changer compared to other ERP systems I've used, with a much more user-friendly interface. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I'd love to see the system speed not be bogged down as transactions flow through the system. We experience higher transactional volume at different points during the year, and depending on the volume throughput, the system can slow down to a crawl. I like Acumatica's user interface because it's easy to use and navigate. It's great that end users can process orders faster and quickly access the data our customers need. I also appreciate how it connects departments by providing cross-departmental information in dashboards. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I don't like that we're not able to see availability of non-stock kits to sell to our customers. We had to develop a custom SQL table, but we're limited to where that data is available to our end users and customers. There's also an issue with our SPS Commerce integration. I like Acumatica for its ability to integrate any application into the system and the data visualization. I made a custom CPQ software that integrates with Acumatica to create estimates faster. The dashboards are very helpful for quickly reporting results to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement. I really appreciate the ease of use in Acumatica, especially when it comes to navigating and drilling down into the data. It's so straightforward to quickly look up and resolve inquiries, which is crucial when I'm dealing with inquiries from vendors and contractors or checking the status of client payments. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

"Efficient Invoicing, Needs Better Sales Tax Support"
What do you like best about Acumatica?

I use Acumatica for accounting, and I find it makes processing invoices based on sales orders shipped out really easy. I really like the 'prepare invoices' screen because it allows me to prepare every completed shipment at once, versus having to process each individually. I like Acumatica because it helps keep track of all our financial data and displays it in an easy-to-use format. The user-friendly nature of Acumatica really helps me get the most out of the ERP. I also appreciate that Acumatica offers a wide variety of modules that help with all aspects of our business. I like how customizable and powerful Acumatica is. I appreciate the fact that I can customize it myself, instead of needing to pay someone else. The software isn't locked down, making it more desirable. It allows me, as a project manager and systems engineer, to keep an eye on my projects, import purchase order data, and view all financials. Will you integrate a HR suite of services in to your workspace menu that then integrates to payroll for our world? We understand why 3rd party consultants are engaged but it can look expensive and daunting to customize for small businesses and "hope it integrates and works".
