**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica allows unlimited users, so our whole company can have access. It plugs in so well with other applications like Velixo, and I can drill through to so many screens seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Some of the controls around the post period in the allocation screen in the construction module. Often it will try to post based on transaction date instead of post period. In the allocation rule or on the allocation screen, I would like the option to select a financial period to post to rather than only the transaction date. Implementation was actually very rough because we had so many custom workflows from our legacy system, and it was very hard to get people to adapt.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica allows my whole company to have access with unlimited users, integrates effortlessly with applications like Velixo, and aids in payroll, AP, project management, and producing financials.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I really like Acumatica's flexibility in accessing our data in several ways, like downloading to Excel and integrating with our websites. It's great that we can continually grow and evolve our system to fit our needs. The integration with Velixo simplifies functions and reports, while the Shopify integration has been a big time saver and improves our retail customer experience. We deal with foreign currency and tariffs, and Acumatica makes calculating and forecasting prices for over 2,000 items much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

There should be many more common/basic reports out of the box. Customer sales reports, top customers, products sold to customers, and inventory analysis of item sales are lacking.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Acumatica integrates all our systems, simplifying our workflow. It offers flexibility in data access and integration. Shopify and Velixo integrations save time and improve customer experiences, making pricing forecasts much simpler.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the ability to customize screens and visibility in Acumatica. It really helps with inventory tracking and user-friendly data entry. Users are more easily able to adopt the system alongside tracking manufacturing inventory and processes. The customization simplifies things for end users in data entry and helps leads in reading current data, making the workflow much simpler in answering questions concerning quantitative data.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find navigating certain screens when building generic inquiries (GIs) challenging. It's difficult to explain what users are able to access to new admins; there's more needed than just clicking around—there should be an explanation of what these clicks do. The initial setup was laborious for user adoption and entry.

I use Acumatica for inventory tracking and appreciate its user-friendly entry. The customization of screens simplifies work for end users, improving visibility and efficiency in our processes.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and easy screens, which make navigating through the software straightforward. I appreciate the consistent platform formats, which provide a seamless experience. It's great to easily move between AR and AP flows without hassle, and I find the inventory management to be consistent from end to end. The initial setup was easy, taking about four months with the help of a VAR. I'd definitely recommend Acumatica to others.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I struggle with dashboards not being easy for us. We also have issues with versions of truth since we're not experts in this area.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for reporting, inventory management, and customer service. It solves these efficiently with its ease of use, easy screens, and consistent platform formats, helping me move easily between AR and AP flows and maintain inventory consistency end to end.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I appreciate Acumatica for its ease of use once processes are fully developed, which helped our team to adopt it very quickly. I find the reliability and visibility of data, especially around stock levels and inventory analysis, incredibly trustworthy. Generic Inquiries, dashboards, and business events are features that have significantly streamlined our processes and ensured the right data reaches the right people across the team. I also liked that our initial setup was exciting and relatively easy, thanks to our internal team and the VAR working closely with us.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I dislike the duplicate case management issue when using incoming emails to create new cases. We run into multiple instances daily of duplicate cases being created, and they have to be manually managed by our team through relations.

Acumatica provides reliable and visible data, especially with stock levels and inventory analysis.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the cloud platform of Acumatica. It provides the ability for our project managers and field staff to have one truth center for project-based data. It has brought all of our financial processes under one platform.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

It was a long process for integration. We are one year in and I feel like we are just getting to a point where I'm beginning to trust the data. It was much longer than we were initially told, but I feel like that had more to do with our onboarding partner than the software itself. Having an onboarding partner that understands your industry is paramount for success. It wasn't easy. It was extremely difficult and frustrating.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica brought all of our financial processes under one platform and allows our project managers and field staff to have one truth center for project-based data.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica allows multiple employees to use it, which is really beneficial because we have different branches, and each branch can use it to improve their systems.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like that the inventory system in Acumatica requires me to only run billing when a specific purchase order is received, even if I have enough items in stock. Also, the system doesn't consider FIFO or LIFO methods, which is something I find essential. Moreover, Acumatica's inability to interact with Podium is a limitation for us. The initial setup process was also long and painful, taking about 13 months to finally go live, which was quite frustrating.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to keep better track of inventory, manage multiple branches and sub-accounts' profit, and perform cash reconciliation. It also allows multiple employees to use it across different branches, improving our systems.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I find the usability of Acumatica to be really intuitive, which is the most impressive compared to everything else I've seen. We vetted Acumatica among others like NetSuite and Microsoft, and we liked both our value-added reseller and the usability and intuitive nature of Acumatica to support our business. I'm interested in some of the case management solutions and the product attributions that help organize specific uses for filtering some of our products.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I'm curious to see what features the CRM portion does not include that we may need, specifically marketing features available in HubSpot. I'm concerned about our data imports causing issues and having to revamp processes and deal with change management.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica addresses our general ledger, and helps with CRM, and part number, inventory, and product organization. It's intuitive and aids in organizing uses with product attributions.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love the customizability of Acumatica and the fact that the sky's the limit with it. The benefits of hosting on a private cloud are great, especially as it allows us to have external apps trigger of Windows services and build customer-specific EDI solutions. I also find that direct SQL access makes reporting incredibly powerful. Acumatica has increased our visibility into our data tenfold and provides the tools to optimize our internal warehouse efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

User adoption has been difficult, and it would be nice if there was a simpler UI for specialized roles like sales. Salespeople in the field are easily overwhelmed by the amount of screens and data in Acumatica. The initial setup was hard to get the hang of at first.

It has increased our visibility into data tenfold and provides tools to optimize warehouse efficiency.

I find Acumatica incredibly valuable for modernizing our processes, especially in the manufacturing space where we use it for MRP and finance. The ease of use stands out to me, along with the AI capabilities. The user interface is really intuitive, and response times are quick, which makes it very easy to find information and saves me time since I don't have to search around for where to click. This efficiency is a massive upgrade from our old legacy system.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The ability to drill down on a bill of materials and modify if I can use a different part to complete the order. Specifically drilling down to see which part may be blocking me from completing the order.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica modernizes our processes, adds efficiencies, and its intuitive interface saves me time by making it easy to find information.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

What I really like about Acumatica is how flexible and user-friendly the system is. Once you get used to the screens, it’s pretty easy to navigate between different modules like Projects, Distribution, and Production. The dashboards and filters make it simple to track what’s happening in real time without switching between multiple reports. I also like that most of the processes can be customized to match our business flow without needing heavy coding. The cloud access is another big plus — I can log in from anywhere and continue my work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow, especially when working with large data or multiple tabs open. A few screens have too many fields, which makes them slightly cluttered for day-to-day users. Also, certain setups and customizations require deep understanding of the backend or help from the support team — it’s not always straightforward for regular users. I wish some reports and dashboards were more plug-and-play instead of needing manual configuration.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica has really helped us streamline multiple processes that used to be scattered across different tools. For example, tracking project costs, managing production orders, and handling inventory used to take a lot of manual effort and cross-checking. With Acumatica, most of this happens in one place, so I spend less time reconciling data and more time on actual decision-making. It also gives real-time visibility into our operations, which helps me catch issues early and keeps the team more coordinated. Overall, it’s saving time, reducing errors, and making daily work much smoother.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I appreciate Acumatica for its native ability to create financial reports, which eliminates the need for a separate reporting system and ensures accurate reporting. I find the feature that allows attaching details on a transactional level particularly beneficial during audit season, as it saves me the trouble of chasing multiple people for backup since everything I need is right on the transaction. It significantly cuts down on time, making audit request turnarounds and general research much easier.

If it's already available then I am unaware but rather than doing a debit/credit view on account detail it would be nice to have it show as a positive or negative value.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps me create financial reports natively and attach details on a transactional level, saving me time during audits and making reporting accurate without needing separate systems.

I use Acumatica for ERP and inventory management. What I really find helpful is how it gives us a heads up when inventory levels run low and assists with reordering. Additionally, creating subcontracts for sub trades is beneficial as it helps manage payment and labor costs for subcontractors. I also appreciate that Acumatica is compatible with our CRM, and transferring information between them works great, which makes my workflow more efficient.

The software is a bit slow and clunky and takes longer than expected to update and save. Some of the saving features cause errors where it can't handle the changes made. The initial setup wasn't that easy.

I like Acumatica's ease of use, especially how it guides you step by step through processes. When I'm stuck, I can just follow the prompts to know the next step, making it very intuitive. There's also a helpful question mark feature that shows where to go to define elements. These aspects make navigating Acumatica straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find sometimes finding the fully burdened cost in landed cost is opaque. It would be nice to know what table the landed cost allocations are in so we could add user defined fields on the stock item card. Also, the hardest part was cleaning our data from our old system before importing it in.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for purchasing and accounting, solving inventory allocation issues. Its ease of use and intuitive, step-by-step prompts guide me, helping me define elements easily.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica's GL ease of use for journal entries and scheduled entries. Its generic inquiries are also something I appreciate because they are easy to use and save a lot of time. I have confidence in the entries being made and the accuracy of the information. Also, transitioning to Acumatica was very easy; it required some time and dedication, but overall, I was happy with how it went.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I think it needs improvement when it comes to sending emails/forms to customers in construction. Procore is stronger in that suit. I also think the payroll is a little bulky in Canada.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica ensures I get accurate, timely information for quick decisions. I like its ease of use, time-saving journal and scheduled entries, and generic inquiries, which boost my confidence in the accuracy of our data.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that all information in Acumatica is located in one place, which makes managing my sales team and tracking inventory easier. I also appreciate the ability to review customer accounts and provide timely information, as well as view the billing history. Customers frequently call for their statements and past invoices, and Acumatica makes it easy to retrieve this information, confirm if the customer got the order, and check if they have paid.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the speed of Acumatica to be an issue. Many times it is very slow when trying to pull large reports.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to manage my sales team, accounts receivable, and inventory. It solves customer queries for invoices and payments and provides all information in one place. I can review customer accounts, provide timely information, and view billing history easily.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is always available. Cloud ERP is the way to go! I also appreciate having our VAR be very instrumental in helping with any day-to-day issues or larger projects we have needed to create for future projects. Having the data and access to all of it at our fingertips has been very important to help get the key decision makers the data they need to make those decisions. I value learning more about the General Inquiries feature too.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I think there could be improvements with having a platform for tips and tricks. A round table discussion format to learn about new upgrade tricks would be beneficial.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for manufacturing operations, financial analysis, and budgeting, connecting all our processes in one program. It provides live data access, aiding informed decision-making.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I find Acumatica user-friendly, which is a big plus for us. The reports and dashboards within the system are incredibly helpful, especially for daily analysis and gathering information in one area for month-end or year-end reporting. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate that I still work with the same account manager since 2018.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Production doesn't flow as smoothly as I would like, but I think we need to learn more about what the system can do for us. Maybe there is an issue with an update and Acumatica is aware but we are not provided with the information that Acumatica is working on a solution.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to solve production issues, especially after updates. The reports and dashboards help with daily analysis and gather info in one area for month-end/year-end reporting.

I really appreciate Acumatica's ability to connect o-data to Power BI to build complex visuals that influence business decisions. It's great to have a unified tool for our entire organization to enter valuable data that's accessible for everyone. I also like that it provides reliable data to influence decisions and acts as a single source of truth for our business.

I can at times become frustrated because data is in a lot of different areas, causing one to have many windows open. It would be nice to reduce that and have options to more navigation on every screen.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is a more modern program made this millennium. Most of the customizations can be completed without significant investment compared to its peers and with significantly less friction. I appreciate how the manufacturing module was extended to support our nutrient production line, and how we can use customizations for recurring orders, billing, and intercompany sales and transfers.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the speed of Acumatica lacking. I think a data warehousing add-on would be nice, though it seems it's in the pipeline. Also, caching or support for something like the 'processing node' offered by Acumatica that could be self-hosted would be beneficial.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica manages ERP, procurement, production, AP, AR, and customer management. I like that modern customizations are low-cost and low-friction, with modules supporting our specific needs like nutrient production and intercompany processes.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica for dashboard reporting, automation schedules, and business events. It helps track various metrics on one screen, allowing me to create different GIs and put them in a dashboard, which helps the management and leadership teams get a better understanding of their business. Automation schedules and business events help in avoiding manual work and errors, and are time-consuming and effective in streamlining the entire business process.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find some upgrade features like timecard dates being auto-selected to the current week frustrating. It used to default to the next timecard but now defaults to the current period.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to streamline the entire business process, avoid manual errors with automation, and track various metrics at a glance through dashboards. It helps management understand the business better and saves time with automation schedules.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like having critical data in one platform with Acumatica. It's important for our company to have the project budgets and costs in one system that our project managers can access to help keep project budgets in line. We wanted to have an ERP that could encompass project information and serve as a one-stop shop for most data. With Acumatica, we can select more readily what type of information each user can access, making it really valuable for us.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find some reporting aspects clunky, especially the inability to pick any date range for financial reporting, not just by period. Additionally, some platforms like SmartSheets don't seem to integrate well.

Acumatica consolidates project data and financials in one space, accessible for budget tracking. It's a one-stop shop for data, enhancing user-specific information access.

I like how Acumatica interfaces with the other software we utilize. It makes our processes more efficient and eliminates duplicate entry of things, as the modules within Acumatica talk and work with each other. Acumatica's interface is definitely user-friendly, which is helpful because change can get difficult.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Our implementation was a bit rocky, and if we had stability with our VAR, things may have been set up better. Our VAR experienced some turnover during our implementation, and it wasn't communicated to us well. Understanding the product management side of things and how it could assist us overall. Currently, only the accounting/finance team utilizes Acumatica and seeing the capabilities over the entire organization has such potential in streamlining all our systems.

I think it would be nice if Acumatica had more out-of-the-box reporting options and maybe something similar to Crystal Reports.

I really appreciate how our transition to Acumatica has been going smoothly with the help of an amazing vendor partner. They've made the process easy and collaborative, respecting our input and addressing the pains of our old ERP. I’ve noticed that tasks that usually take 30-40 minutes are now done in just minutes, benefiting the accounting, product, and sales teams directly. The setup was super easy thanks to our dedicated vendor partner who’s deeply connected with our teams. Their support remains strong even after implementation, for which I’m grateful. Overall, we are more efficient and can now trust the data in the system.

I love Acumatica's UI for its ease of use, and my favorite part of the product is the Generic Inquiries (GIs). The UI is intuitive, with everything conveniently available in the area and side panels. The GIs are extremely helpful for finding data quickly and allow us to surface data to our BI platform. Our VAR was also extremely helpful and amazing during the setup process.

The CPQ product needs work. The initial setup wasn't easy, but our VAR was extremely helpful and amazing throughout the process.

Acumatica helps drive our entire order fulfillment process from quote to cash. The UI is intuitive, with everything easily accessible via the area and side panels. The GIs are extremely helpful for quickly finding data and surfacing it to our BI platform.

I appreciate Acumatica because it puts all of our information in one place, which is incredibly useful. The ability to develop additional functionality keeps us current with technology, and I really like the customizability it offers. We use features like sales orders, AP, AR, inventory, and purchase orders for our day-to-day purchasing and sales. The data transfer process during setup was easy, even though ensuring all data was correct and organized took some time.

Coming from a home-built ERP, I feel like I'm an 'early adopter' of Acumatica because many functions we had are being presented as upcoming features, even though Acumatica is advertised as a mature system.

I don't like that exporting reports in Excel is only in detail without the colors and bars for analysis.

I really like that Acumatica has made it easy to handle both AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable), and I don't have to look at multiple screens individually anymore. I also appreciate being able to see all my projects on one screen, which is super helpful, along with the feature for setting up budgets. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

I wish they paired with Aatrix to send out the 1099's and 1096's/Construction

I like the reports and access to the system in Acumatica. It's very user-friendly compared to our past system and makes it easy to access and see data within projects.

I feel like the service and contract portion can be the same. Also, I don't understand the benefits of having two separate spots for AR invoices. I understand the difference in numbering but not the location. Finding them and not knowing there are two spots, especially when you are working on an invoice and until it opens, you cannot go to the logical spot in AR.

I find Acumatica user-friendly, making it easy to access and see data within projects. It helps with project, service, and contract management in construction, although I face challenges with AR invoice organization.

I really like the integrations Acumatica offers; they make it our source of truth. The cloud availability is great as it allows us to work from anywhere. I also appreciate the unlimited user licenses, which is a big plus. The initial setup was easy for us with the help of our great VAR SWK.

Distribution and WMS could be improved as well as the integrations to shipping carriers. I wish there were more locations for inventory items, quick put away, and the option to use all the FedEx shipment options on an individual shipment basis.

I'd love to see the system speed not be bogged down as transactions flow through the system. We experience higher transactional volume at different points during the year, and depending on the volume throughput, the system can slow down to a crawl. I don't like that we're not able to see availability of non-stock kits to sell to our customers. We had to develop a custom SQL table, but we're limited to where that data is available to our end users and customers. There's also an issue with our SPS Commerce integration.

I like Acumatica for its ability to integrate any application into the system and the data visualization. I made a custom CPQ software that integrates with Acumatica to create estimates faster. The dashboards are very helpful for quickly reporting results to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement. The initial setup was smooth, with only minor snags, and our VAR provided a lot of help. Six months in, we're doing great.

On the manufacturing side, clocking in and out is confusing. The planning module needs to get better, but all those things it sounds like they are working on them.

The capability to confirm statuses easily is a big plus for me.

I'm not a fan of how Acumatica times out too early. It's frustrating dealing with invoices that have been handled but still remain in 'Pre-select' status. Also, while the original setup was pretty smooth, we're still addressing some glitches.

I really like the 'prepare invoices' screen because it allows me to prepare every completed shipment at once, versus having to process each individually. It streamlines my workflow and saves me a lot of time tracking customer order and payment history.

Acumatica isn't able to keep up with the sales tax regulations, so we need to pull in Avalara to do all of our sales tax processing.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like how customizable and powerful Acumatica is. I appreciate the fact that I can customize it myself, instead of needing to pay someone else. The software isn't locked down, making it more desirable. It allows me, as a project manager and systems engineer, to keep an eye on my projects, import purchase order data, and view all financials. Most questions about how things are going in my project can be identified and viewed without having to bother anyone or wait for responses.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

As I'm still trying to get myself up to speed, I don't really know. I do wish there was more live through.

I use Acumatica to monitor projects and financials without needing to wait for responses, thanks to its insightful visibility.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is online, easy to use, and easily customizable. It's great that we were able to work with a partner vendor to create an import for our invoices from our claims and policy software, making it easy to load them into the Acumatica system.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find that Acumatica is not the most user-friendly when it comes to handling expense reports. The screen navigation for these reports can be cumbersome, and our staff often needs explanations on how to add files, which can be a bit of a hassle.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for general ledger and tracking grants. It solves finance and accounting problems. It's online, easy to use, easily customizable, and integrates well with our claims and policy software for invoicing.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use Acumatica primarily for our Construction Financials and it's great that the software is constantly evolving and looking to solve my needs and issues. I think connecting a CRM and Operation service into one software will be great.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I can't add multiple pictures at a time from my phone into the Service Order. We take pictures of jobsites during the Quote phase and then after the installation stage, so having to add photos one at a time is inconvenient. The initial setup wasn't very smooth, mostly because of the issues with the third-party vendor running it.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for Construction Financials, allowing us to operate our financials and pull reporting. It is constantly evolving and looking to solve my needs and issues.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the security roles in Acumatica because they allow us to limit access to users and fields, preventing users from pressing buttons when they should not. The search capability is very helpful for finding different items and accounts. I also appreciate the dashboards feature.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like that the service orders in Acumatica do not allow us to change the order type once it is created. This limits our ability to track orders accurately when an initial assessment is incorrect and the order type needs to be updated. Also, the initial setup wasn't great.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for dispatching service, ordering equipment, and tracking installs. Its security roles limit access, and I find the search capability helpful for finding items and accounts.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

It’s easy to use overall. We did overcomplicate the integration and configuration on our end, which made the setup feel more difficult than it needed to be.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We overcomplicated the setup by over-customizing the product. We tried to cater to each client’s requests, and the amount of customization we took on ended up creating issues down the line.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security, ease of use, and accessibility were key for us. Reporting was also a major factor, since our previous product made it cumbersome to retrieve the data we needed.

I love how Acumatica has made us a paperless company and allows our staff to see financial results and drill down into the backup documentation. I enjoy the ability to drill down into more detail, which saves my financial team time by allowing department heads to view the financial results of the area under their control.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The non-profit plus does not work well with what I like to do. I like to have a period 13 for adjustments. The NPP has to be shut off in order to set up that period.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica makes us paperless, letting staff see financial results and drill down to documentation. It saves time for my financial team by allowing department heads to view detailed financial results independently.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica for its ability to log in from anywhere, allowing me to get the information I need whenever I need it. The user interface is very easy to use, and the system is responsive, making it easy to get the information I need quickly. I also appreciate how it handles all of our finance functionality, including customer invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I would like to see an easier and more robust way to add approvals to different steps of various accounting processes. This would help us with our audit requirements.
