**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

I use Acuity Scheduling for scheduling health coaching appointments, and I find it very customizable and user-friendly for both my team and clients. The ability to customize our schedules, adjust appointment times, and send automated emails to clients is great because it allows a more automated process with communication between clients and requires less manual upkeep to manage appointments. We have many team members who use the platform, making it easier for everyone to manage their availability and appointments effectively. Although the initial setup was time-consuming, it was very intuitive. I like most everything about it.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

I like most everything about it. It would be nice if there was an automatic calendar invite sent to both the provider and the participant with the appointment.

Acuity Scheduling automates scheduling and communication with clients, reducing manual upkeep. It's customizable and user-friendly, allowing our team to adjust schedules and send automated emails effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

I like that Acuity Scheduling is easy to use and that it's free with my Squarespace subscription. It's valuable because I can integrate it with my website, allowing people to schedule their own trial lessons, and I can have multiple classes during the same time frame.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

I wish that with my Squarespace subscription more features were available for free, like texting and accepting payments.

I use Acuity Scheduling to let people book trial dance lessons themselves and see available classes, streamlining scheduling to get new people through the door.

Love, love, love the ease of being able to build and adjust appointments with the ability to easily adjust, move, and update them! Acuity has made the administrative side more friendly to create and adjust your calendar! YEAH! Our clients love the ease of scrolling through the scheduling days/times options!

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

I no longer have dislikes to share. Acuity is continually improving the user and administrative experience!

**What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managaging all of our "schedule on demand" needs from our clients and the ability to cancel and reschedule. It is very helpful for our clients to receive appointment confirmation emails and the ability to cancel from the simple step of the button within the email. SUper easy and super helpful so that clients do not have to contact us for help with scheduling.

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

Acuity came bundled with my Squarespace subscription for an additional fee. This was valuable for a new user, as it reduced the service's learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

I found the integration with Squarespace restrictive, and the scheduler options were confusing initially, then limited as I became familiar with the service. This, together with the high cost of the additional suvbscription led me to switch to another provider.

**What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuity is useful for removing the "when would you like to meet?" question from client onboarding. Allowing potential clients to easily schedule an introduction call is vital for coaches and consultants, especially solopreneurs.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

1) The Acuity website crashes if you try to export more than a handful of appointments. This is a long-standing known issue with no timeline for a resolution. This makes it almost impossible to get your data out of Acuity to use on another platform unless you pay for an API subsciption. It also makes it near-impossible to get your data out and move to one of their competitors. 

2) If a client makes a booking with the same name as an existing client, Acuity will treat them as one client and merge their records. For a busy business, this situation is inevitable and will cause chaos when your older client receives emails relating to the new client. Acuity support regards this as "expected behaviour".

Acuity Scheduling is one of the best online booking and appointment scheduling systems. It is user-friendly and has a lot of customization options. It is also very easy to use and integrate.

Acuity Scheduling have limited and basic reporting features, which sometimes feel insufficient.

Acuity Scheduling saves a lot of my time by automating bookings and reminders. It also helps me with the payment processing as it supports various payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal.

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

Acuity scheduling has been an essential tool for the execution if my role.  It is well curated into a simplified UI which made it soo easy for us to configure, implement, use and manage it all these time. It delivers a wide range of features and flexibility who h enable us to schedule different types of appointments from client meetups, group calls and many other.  Acuity Scheduling customization capabilities are topnotch allowing us to reschedule, cancel  and add appointments and make the necessary changes on our calendars.  Our clients just have to download the app and they can send appointment links directly from acuity via email and those without my email usually send via the website because we have the scheduler embedded on our website. Acuity Scheduling comprehensivity is on another level. With features like attaching backup documents and forms on schedules, sending followup and reminder emails which makes coordination of schedules successful. I haven't experienced any other tool that integrates with so many softwares like Acuity Scheduling. It syncs with Google Calendar , CRM and PayPal so that we can seamlessly accept payments on Acuity Scheduling. Lastly this tool is reasonable priced with soo much benefits than we expected

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically  send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Syncing different calendars is a big deal or even having multiple users under one Acuity profile

**What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate  and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients. Off work having well laid out appointment schedules is one way to strike my work life balance. That beyond working hours I will be attending to personal issues

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

The client facing view is easy for clients to use to choose their own appointment times. I like the ability to have Acuity try to group appointments together. It also allows us to set that we only want a certain number of a type of appointment in a given week (no more than 4 new client consultations per week, for example).

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

It integrates with Zoom, so it will create Zoom links for particular appointment types. Unfortunately, you cannot have this trigger based on a custom field. In our use case, it means we had to set our appointment types as Zoom, Phone, and In Person, so that only Zoom appointments get Zoom links.  We'd rather set up our appointment types by meeting topic (New Client Consult, for example) and allow the client to choose the Zoom/Phone/InPerson from there.

Clients quickly and easily book and reschedule their own appointments and receive reminders, and we're able to keep internal notes attached to each appointment. It's easy to re-book or reschedule a client.

Pricing is on the higher end scale of what I would want to purchase for a scheduling app where I am also currently testing another scheduling app to possibly change over.

Easy sign up process for clients, specifically for group workshops that I sell individual tickets for. Confirmation and reminder emails with details make it easy. Mobile version in particular has helped level up the look and feel of my website (most of my clients use their phone to book, via instagram)

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

The one thing I wish I could do is include more than one picture for my workshops. Because I sell visual art workshops, this would be a plus but not necessary for me at the moment, my website is comprehensive enough.

Time saved. On the back end, I can scheudle my weekly and monthly workshops, automate reminders via email and have it run on autopilot. If I need to edit anything at all, it's super user friendly with the Squarespace integration. Great for my art studio with a small team.

Acuity allows students to easily book time with our tutors, it automatically connects with my google calendar and is easy to navigate. Acuity provides direct links to users to give out, it also has embed codes. In my department we have 3 tutors that work together, it is extremely easy to re-schedule students and move them to someone elses calendar when needed. 
I use this everyday to keep up with appointments.

One things I do not like is that when I cancel an appointment, it completely disappears from the calendar. I wish it would stay on there but gray out or something like that.

Acuity keeps all of my appointments in one place and provides a central location for students to book tutoring sessions.

Hands down the integration with other softwares is the best feature here! The ease of use and user-friendly interface is a close second. It makes your life easier if you are a customer-facing business that relies on a schedule to operate. We really love this product! We use this tool for our everyday client booking, business meetings, and online scheduling through our website.

Can have glitches and bugs and force system restarts a few times which can be inconvenient at certain times.

Acuity is helpful in many aspects. It is the tool that we use to schedule meeting with clients and prospects. We also use it to schedule meetings internally. Easy to use!!!

One thing I dislike about acuity is that it doesn't automatically put the event on the calendar (or send a calendar .ics invite), you have to click the button to add the event to your calendar.

I love that I can create multiple kinds of appointments for my clients to choose from and that it syncs with my Google calendar so that I don't get double booked.

There isn't much that I don't like about this product, I find that it does what I need.

I love that I can create multiple links based on different appointment types. I no longer have to send numerous emails or have long conversations with clients or potential clients to schedule appointments.

I want the general landing page to be a bit more customizable. I would also like it if clients could add one or more additional email addresses (attendees) when scheduling an appointment. This would help me know when clients want to add the person to a Zoom call instead of them passing on the link and me finding out during the appointment that someone else is joining the call.

Acuity offers flexible options for recurring appointments, types of notifications and scheduling options. One of the best thing about Acuity is making me look professional to my clients.

Acuity is quite expensive, but it is a high-quality product. I would only pay the fee when using it for a lucrative project or business. It would also be a good investment for a business that has the potential to be very lucrative in the future.

Acuity solves the issue of missed appointments. It helps the user to have a professional and organized image for customers. I would definitely use it again for scheduling appointments with clients.

I love the text messaging, reminders for both myself and my client. The paid appointment types.  Also, I love integrating with my CRM for different appointment types. It allows me to segment my responses based on appointment types for better, more customized work flows.

It's hard to think of something I dislike. Actually, my biggest complaint is I wish many of Acuity Scheduling's features was available in my CRM so I wouldn't need Acuity Scheduling, but every time I leave to try something different, I return.

My appointment workflows are stellar! When someone books an appointment, I can ensure it is properly segmented once it gets in my CRM. The reminders, the integrations with the calendars, etc.

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

Here we go! I love it. I use it for various platforms, businesses, and reasons. Nothing beats how easy to customize their products. You can get the entire CSS demonstrated for you ready to edit! I use them even much more than what they could be as CRM, as Reminders, Email marketing etc. Much more than a simple scheduling platform. They are bigger than that believe me.

I will be quick about it. They WERE GREAT until they merged with the square group. Their support was funny along with professional and solution orientated. I'm not sure to say the same thing anymore... They became a part of a huge company and lost that soul I think... They used to offer grandfather discounts and they stopped honoring people who are with them for years...

**What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are my arms and legs and data storage for my entire business. Well... I have lots of saved information with them and I save all my notes and customer info with them with easy access over my iPhone driving around or with my desktop even via website form data inputs.

Price point is better then any other software I researched for for a large team. Acuity is very easy to use for talent acquisition team. As administrator you can view full teams calenders, move interviews between recruiters. Each member has own calender and private booking link .

The only downside is it is not intergratable with Microsoft Teams.

Acuity gives a lot of flexibility with scheduling options, and works very well for sign-ups for group events such as classes and service appointments. The platform allows you to add names to an event roster manually, or offer coupon codes for specific events or classes, etc. It is a perfect fit for my class registration and roster management needs. It is also very nicely integrated with other services such as Stripe and Zoom and always works smoothly. They also have great user support and a positive attitude!!

I haven't run into any issues or downsides for the functionality that I have needed.

Collect payments, integrates with Zoom easily. Client can download their app to schedule appointments, and sends you notifications on mobile and email. The notifications are instant, and you get a duplicate email showing exactly what the client sees. You also can set up subscriptions, send gift certificates, etc.

The email functionality - while powerful - can be confusing. There is a bit of learning to maximize what Acuity can do, and I've found myself occasionally asking colleagues for help occassionally.

It's largely bug-free. It has so many features it's likely to fit the needs of your business, even complex needs. It's been around for awhile as well, so it's solidly built. Acuity also has timezone support for both employees and clients. So everyone gets to see their appointments in THEIR time.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

They don't really make improvements. I haven't seen it change in years, despite different needs in the current web market. Their API is very limited as well, so not much integrating can happen. They have a subscription option, but no hidden page or option to add content to that subscription, so it's essentially meaningless. They've also been much less responsive since Squarespace bought them.

**What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple timezone support, very easy to use interface for both employees and customers, easy to embed, packages and discounts. This has also had much fewer bugs than previous software that we've used for scheduling. It just works.

**What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?**

The ease of use is by far its best feature. You can come in with zero CRM and zero CS experience and use this and it'll stick to you like the back of your hand. It was the perfect solution for me for scheduling, booking, calendar management, and keeping track of client appointments. The search engine is incredibly responsive, not case sensitive, either. I can pull client info easily, track appointment changes, and do a variety of other things. The questionnaire setup was simple, as well. It automatically showed you times in your time zone, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?**

The UI is crunchy. It's not intuitive, and the submenus sometimes don't load properly. If you ban a piece of information that was user-submitted, you don't have the option to blacklist any new information people submit, making blocking and banning cumbersome. I feel like if I dug into it as an admin, I'd be hitting roadblocks left and right, especially in the beginning. Integrations tend to break from time to time, which sucks. But overall, not bad at all.

It'll get the job done. Keep things as simple as you can.

With a paid plan, you can also accept payments upon booking, which is great for anyone who provides consulting, coaching, or subscription services.

Over the years as I've implemented Acuity for clients, there were times when glitches arose within the product itself. However, not significant enough that we stopped using the product, we just had to find workarounds.

To set up a robust system within Acuity takes a time investment, but once systems are in place, it gets easier to use!

Our concerns were answered in an extremely timely fashion, and migration assistance was carried out swiftly and without incident. I like using Acuity Scheduling because I can send a link to a client to schedule an appointment, and they can choose a time that works best for them, and it automatically adds it to my Google Calendar. It integrates with Google Calendar, which aligns my Acuity schedule with my Google schedule. Hence, when I already have something scheduled, it blocks it off on Acuity and vice versa. This feature is super helpful and much easier going back and forth with a client to schedule an appointment. You can also create different types of appointments for them to choose from.

They need a better tutorial or onboarding walkthrough so users know all of Acuity's features. There are things I did not think you could do, such as the Look Busy feature.

It is ten times easier and more efficient to get clients scheduled than emailing back and forth and finding a corresponding time. It also sends automatic reminders, so you don't have to worry about reaching out again to confirm.

Tried using Acuity to create a scheduling tool for a brick and mortar photo studio. Acuity's scheduling feature works, but payment processing and subscriptions are complicated on backend and for clients.

Only the details of setting up the appointments cause minor dislikes. It's a small headache to make sure you don't miss anything when you start this process. However, you quickly get used to the process, and the help materials are very supportive.

If scheduling single appointments it's pretty seamless to share your calendar with the client and schedule appointments. Ability to do appointment reminders, forms/waivers, special schedules, multiple calendars and payment processing including is all great

We attempted to use acuity in a small group fitness environment. We had memberships and scheduling through here and it did not work well. Clients are asked to hold on to their "unique code" in order to schedule multiple sessions which was difficult. Sometimes sessions did not align with payment dates and sessions were lost

**Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling:**

Use for one on one appointments and scheduling purposes. I would not recommend the packages / subscriptions or using for a group setting. 

If you require support, a phone number is not available. You have to email customer service and it can take a couple of days for them to get back to you
