What do you like best about ActivTrak?

The amount of customization within ActivTrak is very helpful. I especially like the custom alarms along with the presets that alert me in real time to issues that need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

Sometimes the level of detail can be overwhelming. Some of the reports can be misleading, but they are constantly updating the interface to tackle these problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

I like that there is such a variety of information. From what websites are visited and percentage to the same information on apps. Passive time is easily identified. Screen views are available for real time monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

Honestly there are no criticisms for this product. If I had to complain about anything it would be that on occasion the screen shot feature does hang and I have to log out and back in to see accurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to add users and admins.

Graphs and data tables are both informative and easy to read.

The data is reliable.

The billing and subscription terms are not clear. No straightforward way to easily manage account, cancel, increase/decrease licenses, and customer support in general. Definitely not looking for long-term customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

I like how much time you can see your usage on certain apps, websites, etc. It allows me to time management better and get an overall of how much I'm working throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

It counts unactive time fairly short, I think under 2 minutes if you don't move your mouse and it's not enough time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
