It's very easy to get started. Major applications in the cloud have their components, and it's easy to integrate with any of them. As a developer, I'm also very happy to have an open ecosystem to work with. I can self-host the application, deploy it privately, and develop custom components for very specific projects while reusing common ones.
Modifications to existing components get approved quickly. Adding new components is relatively easy because all the building blocks already exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a developer, most of the time I can figure things out by looking at the code or searching the web for technical details. Documentation is probably the area where Activepieces still needs to improve, especially the online documentation. A good example is how to get ClientID and Secret from some integrations. Either the steps are absent or obsolete, which makes it a bit longer to integrate those flows.
Otherwise, the number of components and actions is behind Make or Zapier. But it is certainly growing rapidly, and as a developer, I'm very happy to contribute a little in that area with development in Odoo, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all it is open Source, So lot many developers are contributing the project.
Fastest growing workflow automation against Zapier, Pabbly, Make
Creating pieces is open for all, also can create custom pieces, so both beneficial for public and private usecases
Overall I had the best experience with ActivePieces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They dont have GUI editor to make pieces, like Pabbly have, If they can bring this thing, I expect more pieces creators can build, without coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- It's open source so you can host it yourself. Their hosted version is awesome too with very competitive pricing.
- Integrations and autorhization with external services are handled very well.
- Community driven product with lots of contributors adding new "Pieces" (or integrations) all the time.
- You can develop your own pieces or integrations and then share them with the community!
- Lots of UX/UI improvements in the past months that make it really easy to integrate and debug flows (including incomining/outgoing webhooks which are a pain to impkement in some platforms) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Some pieces are still missing some functionality depending on the third party service they connect to, so if you need to implement something specific be sure to check the related pieces documentation to see if the actions you need are supported (or, if you have a developer on hand, just go ahead and implement the required actions) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Strong funding and a talented team behind the project
The use of AI to help add code when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation could be more comprehensive; however, I can already see some updates coming, and the Discord is quite active when I have any pressing questions. I know that with time, it will be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE: I'm confident that Activepieces is a solid product, simply because automations are relatively easy to use (no-code/low-code) and their pricing is fair, which has been updated. Also, I've been really impressed by the community as people seem engaged and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is quite small (just missing some integrations) since I know they're speeding things up by creating integrations with AI!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's open source so the possibilities are endless. This tool is so user friendly that it literally guids you through every steps so the chanes of making a mistakes goes down tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lesser integration and no direct support. Instead they have a community where people can share their concerns. Maybe they should have direct chatbot or something like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched from using Zapier to connect my CRM with LemonSqueezy, and I haven't looked back since. Activepieces is incredibly user-friendly, with a simple and easy-to-navigate UI. Unlike Zapier, it's not only more straightforward but also faster. The pricing plans offered by Activepieces are reasonable for my new business, making it a perfect fit for my needs. I can integrate many softwares with Activepieces which is very nice. They offer a free account that you can use 1,000 free task monthly which is generous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automations sometimes does not work as I command. I have to go through and check by myself sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used most well-knownautomation tools, and I use Activepieces' cloud version (I got the one their initial launching LTD limit) which works exceptionally well.
As of now, the situation has improved
- Solving our core problem that is not enough to cover actual usage limit.
The ActivePieces team provides consistently direct, transparent, and engaged support, mirroring the enthusiasm of 'their active community'.
- ActivePieces continues to be updated based on community feedback and direction.
Above all, UI/UX of workflow builder(setting automation) is the best part 'easy to integrate' other than automation tools I have used.
Set up implement is not complicated and spending time is decent. The error rate is acceptable so far compared to other services.
Therefore,
Its performance is solid and promising as much as other well-known services, making it a reliable choice.
In Short ActivePieces is regularly updated, ensuring it stays on the cutting edge and coping any emerging needs or issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Early Stage Development - Activepieces just 1 year old
ActivePieces is in an earlier stage of development compared to its competitors.
This could not mean potential risks or instability, it means that connect tool(pecies) shoud add more and more for 'Total number of pieces.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I live how simple to use is to create the flows, there are already numerous very useful "pieces" to create flows, I like that the app is well thought out and is easy to use and fast, and also the fact that is getting better all the time as is in constant development right now. The lack of mobile app and their website is not really adapted to phone use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
