It took a process that used to take 20 hours and we have now reduced it to 5. **What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?** The only "downside" we have run into is the learning curve to bring people up to speed on it. Monitoring and alerts: As the engineers had limited resources, it was challenging to allocate the work, but after the active batch rollout was deployed, each shift's productivity grew consistently. This software is versatile and can handle almost any IT workload. One of the best features of ActiveBatch Workload Automation is its simplicity. The steps within the job library are straightforward, making it easy for users to get started with using this tool right away. In addition, ActiveBatch Workload Automation integrates seamlessly with queue systems that execute jobs in a pool of queues. **What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?** The workflow could be more user-friendly. I often have to go back and forth between different screens to get the information I need. **What problems is ActiveBatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can move our jobs from individual crontab to a centralized location, thanks to ActiveBatch. Some organization members have access to different levels of jobs. It has thoughtful task design and execution planning, which is beneficial. ### 50. Now that training is being included with the new packages there is nothing the user can't learn. In addition, the adoption of major softwares such as ServiceNow shows Activebatch is constantly evolving to keep up with the latest technology. **What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?** Certain views of the software such as "Daily Activity" can be unreliable (missing instances) and require the use of another view such as "Operations" to compare. Aside from this a Secuirty issue with the algorithmns and private keys prevents the software from being compliant (Activebatch Supporting is working on this) . **What problems is ActiveBatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Activebatch is working with API's to pull information such as Intrest Rates and create reports.
