The cost of the license is very high but the service/support justifies it.

The newsletter is a fantastic means of fostering closeness when used properly. It's clear that digital technology is a tool for simplifying and automating processes, but also, and above all, a generator of interactions. For this reason, we use the Actito tool to improve our processes to engage even more interactions with our readers.

Our goal is to make the best use of the data in order to offer an optimal and personalized user experience.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The user-friendliness of the tool and the speed of our Customer Success Manager in replying to our requests.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

The fact that we cannot use seed lists.
Targeting based on geographical area (zipcodes etc.) could be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Actito:**

Use dashboards, campaign groups and the reportings, they truly are a mine of information from your audience. Based on those reports you can segment your database to reach what your audience really wants to see. No more unpersonalized emails (or at least, much less).

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and customization. 
We're trying to move from a "quantity" model to a "quality" model.

If we have internal questions about campaigns, then the people at Actito offer support at lightning speed. They think along with us and come up with the appropriate solutions.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

There's not really anything that doesn't comply with Actito.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Actito to be able to send our mail campaigns easily and in two languages. The link with our frontend works perfectly, so that we always have up-to-date data. We use Actito daily and are very satisfied with it.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The most helpful is the automated sending scenarios
The main advantages of Actito :
- The routing reliability
- The ergonomic : the ease of use
- The personalized support

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Unfortunately the technical support is not available by phone, but we have a personal account manager if needed.
The disappointed point was about the e-mail building, we had to chose another solution because Actito was too restrictive.
And I think we're not using all the features of the tool at the moment

It allowed us to launch a new relational cycle with automated sendings, we can now contact customers before they leave and automatically restart them.
we have experienced a 130% increase in revenue on this lever since the transition to Actito

**What do you like best about Actito?**

ACTITO allows to fully customize both the profile tables and custom tables to store any type of additional data related to profiles, e.g. orders from a webshop, loyalty card information etc. Data from profile tables and custom tables can be combined to set up automations, e.g. abandoned cart mails for a webshop. ACTITO has a very responsive support team and customer success managers are always available if needed.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

The UI of ACTITO is a bit outdated but it does not limit the usability of the platform. ACTITO does not support any type of channel, but through integrations it's possible to setup multichannel campaigns.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using ACTITO as marketing automation platform mostly for email campaigns, nurturing campaigns and various types of automated email messages.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The multi-table model allows us to build a rich and highly customizable contact plan. The ergonomics and the very intuitive aspect of the solution are also very appreciable. Many things can be triggered very easily, without being a professional in SQL queries. Not to mention the availability and responsiveness of the teams.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

I still need to go further in setting up personalized scenarios to discover any potential limitations of the Actito solution. So far, a solution to my obstacles has always been found.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actito has allowed us to set up automated scenarios for time savings for the sales teams in-store: service emails triggered instantly, automated customer follow-ups, etc. It is a support for the teams.

A very practical and efficient solution, Actito has allowed us to gain great autonomy in managing our email campaigns, to create closeness with our customers through tailored communications thanks to database segmentation, profile targeting, and the implementation of automated scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Targeting requires a great mastery of the tool and its features, which is not always easy for new users, but the team is available and responsive.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other features will need to be developed for more efficient use, including scheduling campaign follow-ups at the time of the first routing.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

User friendly aspect of tool, it allows marketers to build complex campaigns. The tool can also be adapted to business requirements in terms of data base which can unblock some CRM limitations as well.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

It is quite pricey (but worth it). When you do reports on campaigns, you cannot really aggregate several one shot campaigns to compare their results. Therefore you have to download the results to analyse them. 

**Recommendations to others considering Actito:**

The company I currently work for used marketo tool, but as a user, I preferred actito as it is more user friendly and you need to do less tasks while creating a campaign. So you gain time.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementation of complex muktichannel campaigns on Customer lifecycle with personalized emails embedded with multichannel automated flows (digital / print / outbound calls). Benefits are customer engagement and real time flows, easy KPI followup, easy to update offers, good to built and improve targets. Also integrated digital website interactions which are enriching engagement score.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

We only recently started using Actito. We really like the easy WYSIWYG editor that saves us a lot of time setting up e-mailings. We choose Actito for their expertise in marketing automation. We have a dedicated contact person that helps us out with all our questions. What I like best is their focus on inbox placement which resulted in higher open rates then with our previous ESP. 

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Sometimes we have to manually change the profile information of a specific client and this takes quite a few clicks. Bulk changes through imports are easy. 

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of all our e-mail communication (mass mailings, order confirmation, marketing automation mails) in one tool instead of several different tools.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

I really like "link name" process.
Over the past newsletters, I could rename the links which enabled me to collect the customer's appetences.
That way, I could settle a relevant targeting that increased the click rate and opening rate.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

I regularly encounter some disconnection problems.
Indeed, when I want to program an email or a newsletter I have to do it several times because of those disconnections.
I fixed this problem by using an incognito tab.

Thanks to Actito I could improve targetings and decreased the unsubscribing rate.

Actito allows us to segment our base and send personnalized emails to our customers. Actito is pretty easy to use and Actito's team is very involved in our account and our goals.

I think it should be great to have a big picture of our datas / sources / evolution.

Actito is an easy to use interface that allow you a lot to manage your data. Segmentation, targeting with several canal, data enrichment.... Actito is an easy tool to manage every day and will increase your business performance.

I would like to create more template form or email by my self but Actito allow you already a lot to do. You can even create your own template with them graphic team.

Not having a lot of experience with routing software, I did not have any difficulties in getting to grips with the tool.

The downside (which is not so serious) is that we cannot delete the templates; we must go through support.

We have moved from editing through pure HTML code to using easy-to-use templates (blocks)

The platform is user-friendly, the setup of interfaces is relatively simple, and the advisory and technical teams are very responsive. One of my best experiences for optimal CRM and emailing management.

The reports are still quite sparse

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No concerns about deliverability and work with complete confidence. The implementation of complementary flow developments or triggers was simple, and we were well supported. The implementation of templating with specifics for our emails in a few days allowed us to gain complete autonomy and no longer need an integrator.

I can centralize and follow all my mailings and automated scenarios which facilitates data analysis in my daily work.

This tool is able to achieve very complex mailing structures this is why training on is necessary. Sometimes it is not very easy to use but the Actito team is very helpful.

Easy to use, very intuitive platform. Scenarios & targeting are easily created.

The template for abandoned cart is really not operational and adjustable. 
Can take a lot of time to have an answer from our personal account manager or the technical support.

I have already used several platforms of the same type for sending newsletters and I find that actito is very easy to use compared to others.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

The app does not work very well on phone. Too bad, because it's convenient when you have to deprogram an emergency newsletter

The ewsletters sometimes take time to send each other when the database is too heavy, but all in all, everything works properly

Actito delivers a nicely featured email marketing solution. It offers marketing automation, email campaigns, transactional email and SMS messages . Really easy to use. I recommand !

Reactive support team when you have got a problem
To get a complete report of the resutltat for each campagain
The posssibilty of import an HTML code instead of using the Actito builder

The poor email builder 
We cannot add external folder with less weight but many lines as Excel

ACTITO lacks simplicity and refinement in the customization of email campaigns via conditional blocks.

The optin limit.
The impossibility to send an integrated reporting to our customer
The lack of templates and some wanted functionnalities (undo, font selection, ...)
Problem with smart ad server
