What do you like best about Action1?

When applying patches, you know they will get installed and very reliable. Remote connection is fast enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Action1?

The pricing structure is not the best for smaller MSP/IT companies due to the once of payment. This is delaying us to enroll all our endpoints. The exchange rate for us is high on the $. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Action1?

Ive used Action1 for many years & implimented this into a few of my past and currents roles. I cannot recommend enough.

The automation of many processes saving large amounts of time and effort. Plus the added bonus if Action1 always providing amazing support when needed.

The intergration and daily useage is very easy to use.

What do you dislike about Action1?

For a small time we are unable to use for Macs, yet this is coming very soon. Not even a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Action1 has included in their patching, third-party patches. I like that Action1 is very intuative, and simple to implement. I really like that an Administrator can schedule when patches will be deployed, and delay the restart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
