I need help setting up my AMA and a few other things with Act!, but I can't seem to find an administrative assistant who is familiar with Act! I have tried Indeed and Upwork, and NO ONE is familiar with Act!. They all know SalesForce, Zoho and GoHiLevel, etc... but not Act!.
Can you help?

"Act does not live up to its obligations. Bought with 3 activations and have been told sorry we don't support that anymore. I paid and now have been told to buy more. Ripped off...you bet. Consider ANY other CRM so YOU don't get screwed. "

I have been looking at the free trial of Act! Premium (web) to assess if it meets my needs. I cannot see anyway to assign contacts to Users, is this an available function? Is there any territory management function available?
