I would like to explain that it is good in any type of recovery .speed is too good as compare to another solutions and we are happy with acronis . We have recovered a lot of vms and systems without any trouble and support is good they respond in 3-4 ours that is the best point . Some times where another backup solutions does not support there acronis will support .like in veeam backup I have also used suse server is not supported but here in acronis it is possible .

It recovered properly without any issue there are multiple options fo recovery entire machine and file level recovery .

It is the best solution for backup

Few things I dislike about the Acronis are as below

This product combines antivirus, computer patching, computer managment, remote control, immutable backups, EDR, XDR, mail protection, and it will back up your computer, vm, server, and do it locally and/or to the cloud while allowing disaster recovery locally or in the cloud on whichever machine or cloud location you desire.

If you want to backup Google Workspace or Office 365 it will do everything for a small monthly charge per user. The cost is neglible for the protection this product provides!

It's hard to believe how much is packed in, and it's all a la carte, so you can choose and change at will what products you are using or want to try out. No contracts.

The ease of integration and recovery can't be overstated. Your backups can be onsite and impossible for ransomware to access due to the cloud control and immutable backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google Workspace, due to the way Google works, is a little tricky to backup and integrate, which is why a MSP is always valuable for these implementations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Acronis backup Solutions since last 4 months, using Acronis Backup Solutions we are planning and keeping our data over Cloud. They should improve their customer support and service, during setup they provided free deployment but for other services they are asking for extra charges for any technical support. Easy to implement and use. Multi-configurable, you have configuration options for any type of Backup you need. Very easy to assimilate interface, very user-friendly, providing a very positive user experience. Reliable when it comes to retrieving stored backups. In case you need support, they are very quick to resolve reported issues, in addition to having a very extensive knowledge base. It integrates perfectly with the Operating Systems we use in our company. We perform backups daily, 365 days a year. The critical data is securely backed up and easily recoverable incase of any disaster failures , malware attacks, or accidental deletions. It can schedule automatic backups which is great. Also to store them locally. The main advantage of this tool is backup functionality, we can fully automate it and it helps us to save time. now a day acronis cyber protect have many feature when i have started acronis they limited service now acronis have many in acronis cyber protect like advance backup, adavance security and EDR, advance email security, advance DLP and many more. We have been using Acronis for multiple clients and it is so convenient to manage all the endpoints and servers of different clients under a single dashboard. The interface is very user friendly and the connectivity with the agent deployed on endpoints is prettly good in terms of real time monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The agent sometimes doesn't connect with the server particularly after device reboot because the Acronis services sometime doesn't start in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
