I appreciate how easy it is to use, with a straightforward and elegant interface that even non-technical users can comprehend and use. Additionally, it includes robust forensic equipment. Additionally, I appreciate the extensive feature set, including local and cloud backup, computer replication, Facebook backup, laptop backup, or cloud access control. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect?

I resent the fact that updates are done automatically. That brand was certainly worth investigating; I purchase more each year, but I prefer to shop on my own terms and plan ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I virtualize mainframes, and the real problem is that I'm using a Microsoft hypervisor and virtual machines (VMs) rather than snapshots because storage is expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect?

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect?

The Cyber Protect Standard for Workstation on the features guide shows SQL is supported but this is wrong and only for servers (this has caught me out) also workstation is £4 ish and Server is £19 ish just to backup SQL Express on a workstation (SQL should be included for workstations as SQL can run on Windows 10 and rightly so it should be charged accordingly if on a server but no support for SQL on windows 10 is poor) check your features guide! The only other two issue`s I have is the portal breaks a lot, I am a new partner and the amount of support calls has been too many. The support has been poor so far taking over 5 days to get questions answered or even a response, after talking to Dennis it does sound like improvements are coming. What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect?

It is easy to set up and manage backups. I never experienced any significant issues with it.

We have monthly catchup calls with our Acronis Account Manager, who is supportive and very informative.

The backups are a breeze to setup and hardly ever issues with it.

I also had a meeting with our brilliant Acronis Account Manager and I can say that she is a pleasure to talk to and very informative.
