Monsido allows me, an intern, to make meaningful change to the user experience, without needing to manually read and crawl my organization's website. Monsido tells me exactly where the experience may be lacking for our users, where I can then easily fix the issue in our backend. Most of my issues with Monsido comes down to technical nitpicks, like with the inability to filter out subdomains, and how the exporting function does not handle special characters particularly well. Frankly, there is not much i dislike about Monsido. Especially the chrome-extenstion bar on the right-hand side of the browser is a fantastic feature.
