What do you like best about aCloud CRM?

I like main 3 things of CRM which are contact management,vlead management & marketing automation which provides storage & organization of customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a bit costly. Also, we found somc sales users are frustrated with this software as it is too complex, also often they make us to complete mandatory fields that are not always relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best about the software is you have to pay only for the service being used like If you are using Hub Sport Marketing,pay only for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the best platform that delivers automated business processes to manage the sales journey of customers from prospecting to acquisition. It's becoming an integral part of our marketing and sales team. Most importantly I can use it anywhere on any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only drawback of aCloud CRM which I felt so far is its integration department. It is weird when it comes to integrating with Gmail...... some improvement and automation needed on this side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about aCloud CRM?

The best thing about this software tool is that it provides prospect data 24/7 via a web browser and mobile app simultaneously through which businesses can scale up easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aCloud CRM?

There are a couple of things which I disliked about aCloud CRM, the first is the reporting dashboard is not full-fledged and it feels like there could be more reporting features that could help the user in generating reports seamlessly.
