since the change of employees working less in the office and more remotely this recognition page is great. we don't get the chance to say thank you to a colleagues face these days so using the Recognition page is a great way to say thank you. the fact that their manager can also see it and 'boost' if necessary makes it even more important because staff who deserve the thanks can be clearly seen my management level.
