**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers gives great nudges and reminders (both as manager and employee) to recognise those you work with and to support colleagues with anniversaries and birthdays.  As a manager it is fantastic to encourage recognition through my team - it helps to build solid relationships and supports other manager peers to recognise thier team members for work well done.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The marketplace is a brilliant idea, but I think the monetisation of achievement in general is not a great idea - it should be held internally as part of reward cycles.  Other than this (not really an Achievers criticism really), the system is slick, easy to use and intuitive.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Both recognition inside / outside of team and ability to support wider relationship building in the business across teams - breaking down siloes and fostering healthy corss departmental relationships.  This benefits my project and objective work where wider support is needed.

I use Achievers to recognize my colleagues and people I work with for various accomplishments in collaboration and communication, which gives me a great sense of satisfaction for doing 'the little extra' for someone who has helped me or excelled in a complex task. I particularly like the feed feature of Achievers where I can view the recognition that my coworkers have received, which helps keep me connected and informed about the positive contributions of my peers. Additionally, I find redeeming the gems to be extremely user-friendly, as the process is simple and straightforward. Achievers is always accessible as it has a spot in my bookmarks, which highlights its importance and regular use in my work routine.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I dislike that Achievers does not account for the time value of money. Over the past few years, the equivalent value of 500 'gems' allocated per person has decreased, making the rewards less worthwhile than they used to be.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers for our work recognition program, and I appreciate the ability to reward good work firmwide. I like its integration with email, which makes it easy to remember to give out rewards, and I enjoy the variety of rewards available, making it equally easy to spend them. The initial setup was very easy for us since we have single sign-on and didn't have to do anything.

sometimes the vouchers are for specific values and so I cant always use my gems, but it is a very minor point - I just have to save them until I get more

Achievers solves the problem of rewarding good work across the firm, with email integration reminding me to reward and a variety of rewards making it easy to utilize them.

I would suggest adding a "custom amount" feature for virtual credit cards. Currently, you have to choose from set increments, but allowing users to enter the exact amount they wish to load onto a card would greatly improve the user experience.

I use the Achievers platform primarily to recognize my team members for their hard work and to redeem the points I've earned for gift cards. Overall, the tool does exactly what it intends to do; it is stable, easy to navigate, and makes the recognition process seamless.

I find Achievers to be very easy to use, which is a significant advantage for me. It is highly effective in enabling me to connect with and reach out to the entire community. I find the navigation tools within Achievers challenging to use. It is difficult to see people who have left me a review or shout out, which makes it hard to respond to personal messages. While the community feed works well, the navigation doesn't support personal interactions adequately.

Moreover, I love the flexibility of converting these gems into coupons, which I can use to purchase items that I usually wouldn't buy, or those that are on my wish list. This not only adds a layer of motivation to use the platform but also provides tangible rewards that can enhance my personal life. Additionally, I believe the setup process for Achievers was quite straightforward, which indicates that the platform is user-friendly and easy to integrate into daily use. Overall, the combination of recognizing peers effortlessly and the valuable rewards system makes me give Achievers a solid 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

I think what can be improved is the voucher conversion inefficiency, where some vouchers require only a partial amount of gems. This leaves me with leftover gems that I cannot use until I accumulate more. For example, if a voucher costs 75 gems but I'm redeeming it with 400 gems worth of points, I'm left with unusable small quantities, like 25 gems, which can't be spent until more are earned.

The platform is very easy to navigate, allowing us to recognize our colleagues whether or not they have points. Another great feature is the marketplace, where we can redeem the points we receive for shopping vouchers or choose from products listed in the catalogues.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The available denominations for redeeming points are quite limited. For instance, it's not possible to redeem points for Amazon vouchers unless you have accumulated 1133 points, which is required for a 1000 INR Amazon Gift Voucher. It would be much better if there were more options, such as 500 or 100 INR gift vouchers, to make it easier to use smaller amounts of points.

I really enjoy using Achievers for our company's recognition program. The user interface of the website is fantastic, making it easy to find and recognize people, which streamlines the process. It is lovely to have a way to thank your peers and staff in general. Being able to customize not only the messages but also the gift options is really fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Love all of it. Just on occasion some partners are harder to link the gifts with ( Uber) was not easy in past. I lost a reward,  in that the code did not work and was never able to get help from them however, all others have been fantastic!

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to focus on our tasks/ jobs and takes all of the hard work out of rallying suppliers for gifts etc.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I appreciate using Achievers as a recognition platform within my firm. It effectively motivates our team by allowing them to receive Gems awards, which they can use for anything of their choice rather than being limited to a single voucher. I also like the community feed feature of Achievers, which keeps us updated about the latest happenings within the firm. It provides the latest updates about the company as well as informs us about what our colleagues are doing, making it a genuinely useful feature. Additionally, I find creating an account and using Achievers to be quite easy, despite not being involved in the initial setup process myself.

I dislike that the Achievers application is sometimes slow, leading to delays in loading pages. This affects the overall user experience negatively.

Once I accumulate a good amount of gems, I can effortlessly convert them into cash, which is quite advantageous. Moreover, the platform offers the ability to purchase items online or use gift cards at various stores, including popular ones like Amazon, which is highly convenient for me. When I am looking at my teams upcoming birthdays and service anniversaries, I would like it if once I have signed one card, the page takes me back to the page I was on rather than back to the main page so I have to filter it to my team again. Or an option to just look at my teams upcoming anniversaries.

While this is likely institution specific, some users are unable to given points to certain other employees and can only receive points.
