Ace Cloud hosting makes my QuickBooks files available to all my remote users. Setup was simple. ACE support is very responsive and knowledgeable. In addition to my real estate entities I've been able to migrate my daughter's construction company from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop so they can have the same ease of access plus the better functionality in the desktop version. I have been using Ace Cloud Hosting for a few weeks now - they have been great to work with - very responsive whether I call, email or chat. Within an hour of me signing up their onboarding team reached out to me and have been very helpful in getting the server set up to my needs. The Customer Service has been wonderful, quick to respond, extremely helpful, and willing to work with the third-party app company we needed to put on the server for credit card processing. ACE Cloud Hosting is the BEST when it comes to resolving issues quickly. I can call them for any reason, and they fix it immediately. No waiting hours or until the next day for Tech Support to get to your problem. They are polite and efficient. I love working with them. If my client's ever have an issue they can also call Customer/Technical Support and their problems are addressed and resolved immediately as well. There's nothing I've ever experienced that the tech support team could not address immediately. I've never had to escalate a problem either. I once used Cloud Nine Real Time and their customer service was horrible. They could not help you if you called and you had to jump through what felt like many hoops before your issue was even acknowledged. I will NEVER use anyone but ACE Cloud Hosting from now on!
