I like that Acctivate works hand in hand with Quickbooks. The Sync function is beneficial to time management on entering information twice. Also, I like that when you enter a product in inventory, it is easily editable or to make a copy of. The create button is helpful as well because that has all the options and steps you need to be located in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Acctivate Inventory Software? I wouldn't say I like that that system has to be babied a bit. For example, once a product is entered into a PO, it is locked into whatever price you entered into that PO unless you go back into the PO and void it, change it, and re-issue it. Then the cost of the product can be edited. It sometimes makes things hard to edit, and going through that process messes up inventory. Also, I love the sync feature, but sometimes, when stuff carries over, it messes up invoiceing, classes and other essential fields in Quickbooks. I have also noticed that if you take payment in Quickbooks, that does sync into Acctivate to show that the product has been paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
