What do you like best about Accruent TMS?

The options available are good tools for managing an entire care and maintenance system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accruent TMS?

Some of the features took a lot of work on our end to set up, and it eventually became too much once we had a lot of information. We ended up switching to a different cloud based option which better suited the direction our institution was heading and was more user friendly for our employees. TMS did not have a good mobile option available and this was very important to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Accruent TMS:

This is a good strong software, but will work best in the healthcare environment. Prior to my managing parts of the software, it was use d in a hospital, but my university and the medical campus merged, and the software came along... and was adapted for use in the medical and academic sides. This didn't work well, and became an absolute mess. This would be a good software in a sole environment and it has many features which if utilized would be very beneficial. Worth checking out for healthcare WO and Asset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accruent TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to manage incoming requests and work orders. This was an effective tool for organizing, but there were too many fields and choices, which eventually caused our software to become cluttered and many features were under utilized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
