The “Self-Service” portal is stripped down to the essentials, so you don’t need a manual to figure out how to report a broken AC or a burned-out lightbulb. The interface is intuitive enough even for a one-time user. **What do you dislike about Accruent Famis 360?** As a basic employee, my visibility is extremely limited. I can tell that a ticket exists, but I often can’t see the technician’s notes, the estimated repair date, or where I sit in the queue. And if my specific issue doesn’t fit into the pre-set dropdown menus, it’s frustrating to categorize the request correctly and make sure it’s routed the right way. **What problems is Accruent Famis 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me a single, centralized place to submit all building-related needs. It takes away the friction of figuring out which department to contact, and it also gives me peace of mind knowing my request has been officially logged in the company’s system of record. ### 2. The add on modules give us the ability to meet the needs of our organization and customers when it comes to reporting issues, maintaining assets, maintaining space, and maintaining utilities. We are able to easily bill our customers and have the ability to create custom reports via analytics. **What do you dislike about Accruent Famis 360?** There are known issues that exist in FAMIS that have been reported by other customers that we are not aware of until we submit support tickets. There currently is not a way for us to view existing problems with FAMIS that we have not identified yet. We would like to see more transparency when it comes to keeping customers aware of specific issues that have been identified in FAMIS. **What problems is Accruent Famis 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration of space data via the AccruentCAD plugin. ### 3. The system is configurable to ensure that we get the data we need/want, in the format we need, on the "front side" to avoid collecting information we don't want down the line. **What do you dislike about Accruent Famis 360?** The product has more of a commercial customer feel than one tailored for the higher education market, having said that, they continue to improve in this area. **What problems is Accruent Famis 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantifying key indicators related to managing a diverse set of buildings on a medium-sized college campus. Once you are familiar with the program it's pretty easy to use. **What do you dislike about Accruent Famis 360?** It would be nice if it had more features. I work at a university and deal with clients daily. It's not the most user friendly program. I think it would be useful if clients could see more information on work orders. When clients use famis self serve to submit requests they have too many options to chose from. It would be great if it was more simplified because clients are constantly getting confused about which options they should chose. It would also be nice if you could add photos or documents to it so people wouldn't have to send an email separately. **What problems is Accruent Famis 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great database for tracking information such as equipment. ### 5.
