We've found it to be one of the most comprehensive tools on the market to manage our real estate and equipment leases. In addtion, for the past several years, we've utilzed the accounting function to support our IFRS and GAAP needs as the new governance requires. This moved us away from the standard straight line accouting model. **What do you dislike about Accruent Lucernex?** We haven't experienced many downsides. We don't utilze LX for the project, budgeting or workflow functions because we already had an internal infrastructure to do those things. One critique I have of late is that the group is no longer conducting webinars with each of the software releases. We felt this was a great way for the customers to get a first hand look at the expected enhancements and bug fixes that are being addressed and get to ask questions. This is pertinent because we take this informaton back to our lease admins, lease auditors, lease abstractors and accouting team to break down the new features and how they may be impacted **What problems is Accruent Lucernex solving and how is that benefiting you?** On the question above the only option in the dropdown is 'Capital Project Managment' . We dont use this feature but it was the only one available and I had to select it to move on. We use accrount for our real estate and equipment leases, abstraction, audits and accouting related. Lx isn't necessarily solving problems; however it more than adequately meets our business need to have all of our leases in a central database . From this, we are able to pay vendors, provide timely accounting data, manage the leases, abstract and audit in a more efective manner. ### 10. Getting up to speed is also a little challenging because some of the features are not fully intuitive.
