**What do you like best about Accordant Company?**

I appreciate their responsiveness and expertise.  Answers are researched and useful feedback is given within a week, depending on the complexity of the problem

**What do you dislike about Accordant Company?**

Sometimes our needs require complex actions and reconfigurations, which incur an extra charge.  Not any fault of Accordant's, but due to some rigidity within the Acumatica product.  For example, changing fiscal years is not a straightforward procedure and requires more thought and care than my own company has resources at the moment.  Another example is the company/branch structure that is relatively inflexible; consolidating branches under a different "company" requires a special project

**What problems is Accordant Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very supportive through annual upgrades, ensures we have a test environment and supports our customization projects.  Treats us like a partner and not a client
