Accord also offers legal assistance to confirm specific scenarios are addressed appropriately should a decision need to be defended. **What do you dislike about Accord - Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance Software?** I would like more customization of employee communications for mailed 1095-C forms. **What problems is Accord - Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need confirmation of compliance with ACA for federal and state filing, along with mailing of 1095-C forms to employees. We were able to upload files through the website, and she followed up with us quickly with questions. **What do you dislike about Accord - Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance Software?** The software may be a little too simple. I want to be able to download digital copies of 1095-Cs for employees who request it because they didn't receive a physical one at home.
