I like that everything as a team we need to know, access and record is all in one place. It makes daily work much easier and more organised when working across different teams within our organisation. The training provided by Accessplanit was superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us keep track of all our training courses along with the delegates booked on them. It allows us to create reports which help us as a business analyse this data to improve. The Customer service team is always so quick to respond and will ensure they can resolve your query as soon as possible and will follow this up after the initial contact. It can at times be slow, especially when creating large reports which are pulling out large amounts of data. One other thing is also the 'data sources needed for the report writer, this can be difficult to understand, and an area I often find I need additional assistance with, so I would like to be able to have a bit more independence with this.
