**What do you like best about Access Vincere Evo?**

Literally nothing. This is not a CRM where data is central to the system, its a system where they say they have all this functionality but everything is just smoke and mirrors.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

What is there to NOT dislike? 
Importing data is not simple - you cannot import data without first assigning company IDs and contact ID's so adding a quick list from an event or similar is a waste of time and effort.
Exporting data is not simple - you cannot just export some records, they allow you so export a CSV of up to 5000 records but even when filtering, you cannot export just that count (this has been tried and tested with their support team in tow...)
Anything you want to do is cumbersome.... 
Want to integrate it to anything? Good luck finding something worth integrating.

Literally the worst CRM, so much so that Excel would do a better job!

CRM - we wanted it as a single repository for Candidates and Contacts (recruitment as well as sales) and it has faltered on both counts. Support is a joke as well unless you buy premium support packages.

**What do you like best about Access Vincere Evo?**

I like the ATS pipeline, the support team has been very helpful and responsive with all my queries. Very frequent updates to the system to improve consultant process and user interface. Numerous partnership with other tools such as daxtra which streamline our process.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

Inability to customize reports. Some updates are not that useful or apply only to certain tabs such as contacts and companies where applicancts is the one that has the most volume. Not very strict with security policy as by syncing our email, all emails corresponding with cdd can be seen by everyone as long as they click into the profile.

**What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating all our applicants in 1 system and allowing us to track cdd applicantions. The newest update of adding comments while still being able to scroll the cdd profile is very useful.

System offers 360 processes, easy to use as CRM, ATS which concede a fluid navigation experience through the pipelines. The Success and Support team have been helpful all the time when we needed.

As it is a product that you can tailor to your needs, the system configuration takes time. Self service for reports customisation is not available.

The system is so easy to navigate and fulfils everything that we need to support all areas of the business.
The team have been amazing from day one, keeping us up to date with where we were at and even bringing our go-live date forward from it's original.  Everything has been thoroughly documented and addressed as and when required.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

Not necessarily using the system but the lead up to going live was quite intense at times.
This involved a lot of meetings with limited availability due to the time differences between countries.
For us it was making sure that we had the consistency from our side and time available to fulfil our calls with the team.
That said, we managed it and all is well.

Steamlining our processes and allowing us better access to our data.
Simpler navigation ensures better productivity for the team and less downtime.

I love the LiveList. It gives a fantastic Customer experience and is also super helpful for the recruiters to manage the pipeline in a very easy way! I also like that all the client contact can happen within in the system and is avaible for every internal employee - so everybody knows whats going on at all times.

In the beginning the onboarding was very difficult. It was all through prerecorded videos which mostly didnt answer our questions. Once the implementation management started we actually understood the system very well.

Before Vincere we managed all candidates and clients through Google Sheets and Email. It was very difficult to keep track and to keep a good overview of the candidate pipeline. With Vincere we have a good overview at all times.

The platform is so user friendly and makes everything a swift and easy process. On top of that, they incorporate a dashboard for monitoring your stats which I know from others CRM systems, is at an extra cost.

My only issue with Vincere is the fact when I want to send CVs I can't seem to find a button where it won't come from the system as I prefer emailing from my Gmail. This is one change I would like to see

It is a CRM system as previously it was all on a spreadsheet for me. Using the product now lets me find everything and everyone by simply clicking in the serach bar at the top

When I first signed up with Vincere it was really promising but things have really gone downhill the last 2 years. Most dissapointing thing was when we decided to leave they wouldn't give us the back up to our data without a huge charge. We were promised this wouldn't be the case when we signed up but they stuck to it. I would actively recommend people away from Vincere now.

Vincere is very extensive and also in many languages. Here you can work better on the translations but it will probably get better over time ;). I'm relatively sure of that. But most of it fits. As an admin, you should understand the scope and complexity well in order to be able to use it in a goal-oriented manner

Its mirroring of outlook within the system. If you delete items in outlook, this is not reflected in Vincere.

Vincere has allowed us to cut the time to action periods on a number of tasks. The ease of use within the hsystem allows us to add jobs / contacts / candiadtes in a much shorter timescale, allows us to progress activity within the system quickly, and allows us access to accurate and detailed financial data within the click of a button.

Vincere has been an awesome ATS platform to use and has helped streamline our recruitment processes for past couple years. The most liked features of the system would be the live lists and data analytics.

The Vincere Support team has also been a massive help and are always ready to help troubleshoot any issues we have.

It would be great if Vincere could improve the mobile version and some functions on the web version can be slighty difficult to use sometimes.

The Vincere CRM is a powerful tool for managing the recruitment process. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to add profiles, track applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with everyone. The software's automated features also saved a lot of time. One of the best features was the ability to create customizable dashboards and reports, which made it easy to identify any bottlenecks. It's straightforward and flows.
Easy to use, which is particularly great for newbies. 
The intelligence is excellent from a management perspective.
It's constantly running and I've never experienced any downtime during weekdays.

**What do you like best about Access Vincere Evo?**

We Initially went with Vincere due to it's AI-powered search functionality (across internal and external search), as well as the breadth of integrations and apps in the marketplace that help to power Vincere even further.   However, after many paid additional training sessions to see if this was a user issue on our end, the search capability to bring up records within our own database is lacking significantly.  Vincere's solution was that we pay additional fees quarterly to have their dev team alter the data to make it searchable.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

Many things. Since the acquisition, the helpdesk is clunky, and it's hard to get service.  We ended up not renewing our subscription and extracting our data out of the platform has been woeful. The search function doesn't work. The UI is clunky

The product contains some great automation features that enable recruiters to easily run processes, contact candidates and integrate with Linkedin. The web-based user interface is clear and easy to navigate and customise. The open API means great integration with 3rd party products and futureproofs the investment. Our Migration Manager Matt was excellent and he helped us navigate this complex process.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

We have implemented the full Pay and Bill package which we are now using, this was quite challenging and required a considerable amount of support, which was provided. The Pay and Bill package is still developing and they are improving elements on a monthly basis.

**Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo:**

This is wide-ranging product with lots of features, you don't need to use all of them, but many of them are excellent and well designed.  The set-up is big, but only as its functionality is. If you reduce the functionality you reduce the set up, you can then add bits in as you get more comfortable.  When I examined the market I felt it was the strongest product by far.

The customisable interface has enabled us to easily create screens that have speeded up our searching and contracting processes. The addition of the Velocity engine makes LinkedIn Searching much more practical, highlighting candidates that you already have as you progress through the searches.

**What do you like best about Access Vincere Evo?**

I chose Vincere due to having used it in a previous company and finding it relatively easy to navigate. When I first spoke to an advisor I explained that I was setting up my own company and so didn't have the skills/resources to configure the system. I was assured that I would receive assistance with this which I did not. If you have someone with the understanding to be able to set the system to your requirements then it can be a good CRM however, I would certainly NOT recommend to very small businesses.

**What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?**

As mentioned above I have found the setup of the system very difficult. The training sessions are very quick (and expensive!) and even though I was assured that I would receive assistance in setting things up I did not. After trying to make contact with customer services several times I only received a reply after threatening to leave Vincere. I was offered some further generic training sessions for free but these were not personalised and so unhelpful for my requirements and quite frankly a waste of time. Following these sessions, I have sent several further emails asking for support but have had no response. One of the main reasons I went with Vincere was the potential to automate admin and have a bespoke system for my business however, without the help to set this up I am having to do everything manually whilst paying for many features I have not been able to access. Very disappointing and shocking lack of customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo:**

If you have a medium to large-sized company (who will be a bigger account and therefore paying Vincere significantly more than I am) and a dedicated IT team/person then it could work for you but if you are a small company with little IT expertise then I would avoid like the plague! I don't find it straightforward to navigate, there is very little customer service and they do not care about small businesses.

The Livelist. This gives a really professional a secure first impression to my clients. It's useful to have all CVs and notes in the same place. Also the client an make comments and arrange interviews directly.

The search. I can only really point to this as being a negative area. It's not got that seamless common feel to it like the job boards or LinkedIn. Another thing that would be useful to edit is the candidate brief template but this isn't a negative. Just would make life easier.

TIME. The velocity extension really does save hours' worth of work. My data is recent and accurate. The best compliment I can give is that as a 
Salesperson that usually hates admin, I find it effortless.

Even if the application still has a few issues (as would any ATS that is currently being improved by dev. teams), the customer support always answers with rapid and detailed tips to help you navigate and understand the entire ATS. Furthermore, its Help Forum, which is easily accessible, has an extremely great value for someone, like me, who is trying out many functionalities of the ATS in order to improve its own business processes. 10/10 would recommend!

There are still some minor bugs, such as when imputing a candidate's availabilities, the date appearing in the menu is actually the date of the day prior to the day selected. For instance, by selection April 20th, the menu that opens will be for availabilities of April 19th instead of April 20th.

Vincere allows the firm for which I am currently working to identify easily and quickly professionals in a specific market in order to respond to our clients who need experts in certain niche fields. Furthermore, Vincere allows a full integration of business processes. Keeping everything, from emails to SMS all the way up to consent documents and an interactive map to locate candidates, this ATS is really well rounded and fit for any company who desires to push its recruiting game to another level!
