I think the site isn't very user friendly and there are a lot of feautures I don't really know how to use or re overly complex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple and easy to use. Everything is very clear down the left hand side and so makes it easy to book and view time off, manage employees, and find all documents relating to my role and general employment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't too many. I like that you and your reports can set target's although it can be tricky knowing how to mark as complete. Would be good to set a date automatically as to when you expect to complete the action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use PeopleHR most days to manage a team of 12 and it is largely straightforward in use. There's a lot of different sections and areas, and you can keep a large amount of information linked to employees all in one place, which makes it easy to access in the future.

The large number of different sections/functions means that sometimes it can feel a bit unituitive to find the info or function you want, and things can be buried in too many layers of menus. Multiple access not always available for the nursery managers to access the candidates info. For example, I can approve the timesheet, but the managers cannot access this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
