What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

I enjoy the simplicity that People HR offers. The interface is very user friendly and easy to pick up after just a few uses .The organisation of the employees page is great.

The logbook is also a very useful overview for checking various different HR documents in one place, which is concise and helpful. I use it frequently, on a daily or weekly basis, so I appreciate the layout and organisational structure of the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

I don't use People HR in a customer support capacity- so I feel those feature may not be advertised as obviosuly as the HR functions on the platform. The time out procedure for adding logbook documents is also frustrating, as sometimes I will be typing for a longer time period, and the page will timeout before I have the opportunity to save the content I'm inputting. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue of needing to have multiple individual folders in various locations for employees. This is helpful as it saves confusion and documents getting lost, especially as we transfer agents between managers a fair amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

can not really cover international offices. Planner is only a base function. Structure for files is poor. ATS is one of the poorest I've ebver seen - we are in 2025 and it does not connect with LinkedIn? No CV parsing? etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is only solving the database function, and this helps only a bit as the other functions are not useful enogh, not modern enogh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

I love the new analytics section but would like better resources on how to use it.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

Great system for a medium sized business. We have Approx 115 employees and it is almost perfect for us. And it integrates with lots of other software including payroll and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

The front line customer service people do not always have access to the answers we are looking for when there is an issue or a query but they do try really hard to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
