Our sales rep was so kind, patient and helpful and our account rep Mark is so awesome. He always takes my calls and listens to our concerns. He has never dodged our calls and always offers to set up video meetings giving it a nice personal touch. We also love that Accesswire is very cost efficient and low in costs, with giving us unlimited word usage. The system takes a bit to figure out and Mark has been so great with helping walking through and making sure everything is ready to go. **What do you dislike about ACCESS Newswire?** Really hate the results system. We were using Cision before and their results platform was so much easier to read, understand and see what our results were, which were much higher than the results we are getting with Accesswire. We are hoping that changes with the PR Newswire merger, because our results are not what we have hoped for. Mark has been great trying to help us with increasing our views and also forwarding over our suggestions for the KPI Results to be shown. I also wish Accesswire did the same as Cision where we would get an email with our results a few hours, 1 day, 3 days and 1 week after our press release is published, so I don't have to log in myself and try and see those numbers. **What problems is ACCESS Newswire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now we are using Accesswire for our Press Releases to try and generate more brand awareness.
