Billing department needs to be more informed - CONSTANT auto emails saying overdue account, when payments have been made or invoices retracted by service team. We've had to contact Bev Santos on a number of ocassions about this the past year.
Additionally, we have 2 companies (SVB.TO & ARK.V) - blasts went out to the incorrect company's newswires a few times this past year. The problem seems to have been fixed, but it took 3 instances for it to be finally corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
