Competitive pricing, quality of product and customer service, reach and impact is effective for businesses with scale, they are always looking to implement new innovations, more trust worthy/credible than other upcoming wires and better offers than other brand names. What do you dislike about ACCESS Newswire?

Platform UX is difficult to manipulate to filter different views so need to contact customer service for any changes can become manual. Editorial review process is manual and AP changes need to be managed on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCESS Newswire?

Our experience with Accesswire (Issuer Direct) has been profoundly negative. We initially engaged with them for what we explicitly understood—and were assured—was a one-time service. Despite clear and repeated communications declining any further services, Accesswire attempted to force an unsolicited renewal upon us, repeatedly issuing invoices and aggressively pursuing collection for a debt they themselves acknowledged was invalid.

Their representative explicitly confirmed in writing that the erroneous invoice would be voided, yet months later they have continued harassing us with threats of legal action and collection efforts. Their provided contact details are unreliable, with phone extensions either invalid or unanswered, making direct resolution attempts impossible.

We have found their business practices to be unethical, misleading, and indicative of bad faith. We strongly advise against using Accesswire for press releases or any related services. Companies that value honesty, professionalism, and peace of mind should avoid Accesswire at all costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
