I had a great experience with AGG in creating dashboards with our project requirements. The Salesforce consultant really helped us in taking through the complete process from beginning to end. Creation of worksheets, add or replace the sheets, adding dashboard options and setting the required options, adding the objects and their settings, detailed options for navigation and export. We have been working with Access Global Team for couple years now. The engagement started with an assessment project which evolved into an implementation of the Service Cloud console which was a 6-month project. we came to depend on them so much that we now have them on an ongoing support contract.
