Flexible solutions to enable quick connections and the ability to quickly adapt to trends.

**What do you dislike about Accertify?**

I wish we had implemented all the solutions at once, rather than adding them piecemeal and having to use up resources multiple times.

**What problems is Accertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account protection, payment fraud, loyalty fraud, and returns/replacement abuse.

**What do you like best about Accertify?**

All customer information in one place..great UI and can be integrated with other tools. We used it for travel fraud

**What do you dislike about Accertify?**

Nothing in terms of not liking in particular..overall it was satisfactory

**Recommendations to others considering Accertify:**

Great for travel and Airline fraud. Has good analytical interface as well . Can be integrated with other tools. One stop solution

Checking and validating customer information who made the reservations

**What do you like best about Accertify?**

I like that I have all of the information I need to review an order in one page. The other advantage is that our other verification systems are embedded in it so it makes it easier to toggle tasks.

**What do you dislike about Accertify?**

Many freezing issues when trying to pull up a link search on other accounts. It also constantly gives error messages popped up on the screen which is annoying to say the least. Productivity at this crucial time of the year has diminished as a result.

**Recommendations to others considering Accertify:**

Make sure to clear cache and cookies weekly, as it's the only way to help with some of the ongoing problems with Accertify.

**What problems is Accertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Accertify to pull up orders held in our system for fraud review. We're able to see an overview of orders placed and also toggle from one tool to the other. The biggest benefit is being able to have a one stop shop and not having to have multiple systems pulled up at the same time
