UI is a way ahead with the nice outlook view of UI **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Neeraj K. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022 **Describe the project or task Accenture Song (formerly Fjord) helped with:** Fjord was helpful in redesigning the UI for an airline Application with much flexibility to view correctly and was of great design, everyone really appreciated **What do you like best about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)?** The Design was really great and to use it along with other Microsoft stacks was really something we wanted and to align it to reporting tool was very helpful, Very much needed **What do you dislike about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)?** It has been really great if we showed all reports which we designed over in UK not just a glimpse of it and that I really looking forward for to make in recent ones **What problems is Accenture Song (formerly Fjord) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Design of the software we were solving with help of react and other Microsoft stacks so this gave us all the feel we wanted for our application and it was really great ### 2. We created a new customer journey by taking into consideration all the players, pain points, etc. The team was quite good, the practices and tools applied were good. Finally, we came up with a new website design and customer experience. at that time between 2014 and 2016, I was working for Accenture Interactive as their Digital Delivery Lead. **What do you like best about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)?** The people were great, they know what they were doing and the communication between the client and implementation team was excellent. **What do you dislike about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)?** I didn't like the price of the service. It was incredibly expensive and an ordinary company cannot reach to these services.
