"All in One CRM Solution for the MSP"

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo makes it easy monitor incoming support tickets and distribute them amongst my team. The ability to track the priority of tickets is fundamental and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Sometimes the triggers are difficult to setup and is quite a long process to implement

"Incredible Platform for Our Company"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The simple and clean design of the website is what i love the most.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I do not like that there is no friendly mobile website version to access on the go. The app should be the answer to this, but it lacks our custom lists and sorting options.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to keep track of our tickets from clients, and our internal projects stay up to date with the Accelo system. Importing templates, once you know how to do it iwth tasks and assignments is amazing!

"Accelo – Excellent Project management platform"

What do you like best about Accelo?

We have been using Accelo for the last few years now and we saw a speedy recovery in the project management and task management within our department. We are a company that usually works with other clients and giving them the whole brief after and during the project is what we needed the most and Accelo surely provides us with every detail once we configure the project with its client portal.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

The search function is not what we like or are highly satisfied with. Documents need time and patience but that’s not always the scenario and in a fast-paced work environment we need something efficient and extremely fast in this regard.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accelo provides us plenty of benefits that we avail ourselves of each and every day. We can assign and track tasks and their status. We have customizable dashboards and the workflow automation here is just incredible. Being a project manager, management was the most difficult task but now I have everything under control with this powerful project management platform.

"A fully high - level business web based system"

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo helps to integrate all of the tools we needed to manage our business. We can observe and understand everything that is going on within Accelo.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

There is indeed a significant learning curve. Adoption of the product requires thorough training.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily, we use Accelo to manage our services business. The Accelo platform has helped our company replace various systems for timesheets, projects, and CRM.

"PSA / CRM for small to mid sized business"

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo is very intuitive when it comes to setting up and getting up and running. The Accelo team is super responsive and helpful, and they make sure to cover what you need to hit the ground running off the bat. Once you feel more comfortable with the interface and working within the system, the myriad of tutorials, webinars and videos that they have are sure to help you personalize, and make Accelo work for you.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

If I had anything to complain about, it would be the more granular ability to move invoices around when created within Accelo. Being able to grab Tasks created in the kanban task board and turn them into tickets, projects etc. Or relocate them.

More granularity in the Quotes section, for example, when you create a Quote off a sale and there are multiple line items, they are all either taxed or not. There is no ability to be able to specify taxable or non-taxable on each line item.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accelo streamlines my business period. I started as a one-man band and Accelo was perfect for what I needed it then and allows the ability to grow as your business grows. It helps with everything from emails, time tracking, to scheduling and invoicing. Super intuitive and helpful for IT businesses.

"Great PSA for IT MSPs"

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like the integrations between the software and my accounting software and remote management software. It keeps all activities in one place. I also like the open API for ease of integration with other processes.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

There is some customization that is missing, but they continue to use feedback to integrate into the product.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a single pane of glass to manage all aspects of the operation. Realized better billing with our customers.

"Amazing all in one application for us to manage our work"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The all in one capability to manage project work (internal and external), time logging, support desk, customers and even reporting. Love the integrated one stop shop!.

The new UI is taking time to get used to in some areas especially around projects but it is definitely cleaner than before.

"Ease-of-Use"

What do you like best about Accelo?

It is effortless to use, customizable too. It shows client portal features, projects that you are collaborating on

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Accelo is sometimes overly complicated and lacks what you would consider as basic features. And the constant changes it goes through also makes it had to keep up with the newer features.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration of all projects that a client is assigned can all be managed on Accelo - timesheeting, project management, project cost tracking, and so much more.

"Amazing Tool and Amazing Company"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The tool is so versatile and covers so much of what we needed. We were able to ease ourselves into the tool and adopt features as we needed them. Accelo also integrates with a lot of other external tools like Quickbooks, Hubspot, and Office 365. I have even used the Power BI integration to build my own custom reports. The support for the product has also been top-notch from the implementation team to support the product.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Accelo does take time and effort to learn. However, any tool that is this robust and has this much functionality will take time and effort to learn. Some of the functionality is not super intuitive, but once you learn more about the tool, you understand why everything works the way it does. I wish that the Power BI integration allowed you to use the client version of Power BI versus just the web application. You cannot do a lot of things in the web application version of Power BI, like linking data tables together.

Recommendations to others considering Accelo:

My company, Vest Technical Solutions, is a technical solutions company that offers services for applications. We work with numerous applications doing implementations, migrations, administration, training, and documentation for many companies. Being super familiar with applications and my past in software development, I feel like I am very qualified to review applications. I did a ton of research and tried multiple other applications. From all-in-one options and separate apps that specialize in the specific area, they were built for. Accelo is one of the best applications I have seen that does a remarkable job in covering all the functionality it promises to deliver. Do be prepared to put in effort and time to make the tool work properly. As I tell all of my clients, the more effort you put into implementation and learning the system the more you are going to get out of it.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Accelo all the way from a CRM to sales to project management and timecards, to communicate with clients, invoicing, and reporting. I would say we are using Accelo to solve 80% of the problems we had before implementation. If we had not implemented Accelo when we did, the switch would have been challenging and possibly impossible. Being able to condense numerous tools into one has been a lifesaver.
