Accelo takes the guessing out of time management and delegation within your organization. No questions on what is due when, and billing is very easy.

What do you like best about Accelo?
The time tracking is one of my favorite, you have to start the timer and stop whenever you are done with something....no need for sticky notes to remember
another one is the work category....within the same project we can separately manage different teams like seo, dev, ads-department with each one having its own branch.....that makes the sheets clean and very accessible for everyone

User-Interface wise its still emerging.
there's a board group on which we can request features...which copes up all the cons.

One of the thing its helps us a lot at time tracking for all different department branches and individuals that makes billing tracking very fluent

Working in a remote team, Accelo has helped us all manage not only our time more effectively, but eachothers as well. For workflow combined with easy time tracking I can say the whole team has benefited from our swap to using Accelo.

Accelo is extremely powerful and complex, so it can be hard to navigate, with several different ways to do the same thing one has to be disciplined and find a flow that works best.

Working together in a small team, Accelo has helped us to manage multiple projects at the same time with ease. We can run several sprints side by side without getting lost or missing any vital steps.

What do you like best about Accelo?
Using Accelo is a fantastic; I fancy the intuitive user interface and the function-rich dashboard; it's so easy to trace a feature ( the common ones you use). Project managers have an easy time tracking tasks and monitoring the team's progress. Accelo has improved our team-cordination. The marketing team also experiences better invoice interactions, and they need little assistance from the IT team from the moment we configure them into the system.
What do you dislike about Accelo?
Accelo somehow lacks a strong programming base; adaptation and machine learning ability are a bit clunky. More improvements could be made on aspects such as inquiry elements (speed-wise) and the search criteria overall.

Accelo is a powerful software, delivering more than just a CRM as they promise. Look for a good team to help you set up and navigate the software; you'll be using the software smoothly with high productivity in no time.

We have in our hands a centralized platform to manage our schedules at peak productivity. Accelo has nice templates that help us have some degree of uniformity and standardization company-wide. We can also monitor running projects in real-time, which improves your general project management capabilities.

What do you like best about Accelo?
As a service-based digital agency, we use Accelo as a CRM, project management tool, time tracking, and ticket-based request system. By integrating the CRM with project management and time tracking, we streamline the process of billing. Projects can be assigned as recurring retainers with tasks or as single tickets. There are multiple ways to track project time: task timers, logging time within a retainer or project, adding time from the task board or from the daily timesheet. This variety of time tracking methods allows employees to keep track of their time in the way that works best for them. Integrations with Gmail ensure that client communications are recorded and accessible to the whole team.
What do you dislike about Accelo?
It can be a bit tricky to learn how to use it, just because there are so many elements managed within one tool and so many different ways to go about accessing information and tracking time.
What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one central place to manage projects, track time, and record client communication means that we can be more transparent as a team and keep everyone in the loop about who is responsible for what part of a project and how each piece fits into the project as a whole. Anyone can look back at client communications or check the status of a task to figure out exactly where we stand.

What do you like best about Accelo?
Our creative agency had been looking for a powerful, customizable and easy-to-use time tracking, scheduling and billing platform for many years, and have been thrilled since adopting Accelo. Contracting, onboarding, tech/user support, UI/UX, reporting all outstanding. Flexibility allows us to meet our ever-changing client billing demands. We want Accelo to continue to succeed so we can continue to thrive with this new platform.
What do you dislike about Accelo?
There is a bit if a learning curve with the platform, but that really has to do with how many features come standard. We actually had to turn many features off that didn't apply to our time/billing process, and devise a few workarounds for other idiosyncratic parts of our billing structure. But ultimately the well-conceived framework met every challenge we threw at it. Also, the UI takes a bit to get comfortable with, but probably no more so than other comparable platforms. Now that we know where everything is, we have been completely satisfied with usability across the team and improved workflow.
What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an old custom-designed platform that was sucking energy and dollars with bugs, fixes and antiquated interface. Accelo completely modernized our time and billing processes and has improved quoting, project management and agency workflow.

What do you like best about Accelo?
Accelo is our source of truth company-wide for the status of all projects, tasks, tickets, campaigns, opportunities, etc. It's our master CRM and time tracker tool (time entries for client work, internal work, etc.) as well as time/bandwidth planning within teams. Our operations team has put a ton of effort to making Accelo our master tool for all project resources. We all have it open all day, every day. The timers, search functionality, associations, permissions, notifications -- all work great.
What do you dislike about Accelo?
We love Accelo for big picture, but the day-to-day tasks/work were still being tracked in spreadsheets until we recently migrated several teams to Jira. Some of the Accelo modules that promised day-to-day status/tracking and/or Gantt charts are a bit overpromised but not as usable in practice.
What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accelo provides the central location for project management, fee structures, time tracking and allocation, and central notes/documents for any given work across the agency.
