"Helps me stay organized and streamline tasks"

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo helps me stay on track with current tasks as well as moving tasks to the appropriate assigned person. I am able to easily view what is at any given status at any moment and I love that about it. Our company also uses the email integration so being able to view company emails has value to our company as well.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I don't really have any dislikes, other than I know there are more capabilities I have not explored yet.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assigning tasks, company visibility and streamlining processes. Report viewing and company email integration. Being able to identify an issue prior to an employee letting something slip through the cracks.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like the interface and the simplicity of preparing weekly reports

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I don't have anything I dislike. Its a very flexible tool that have everything we need.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an employee, I can use the previous week of activity for the new week when I have a similar task.

"Lots of helpful things, but some large gaps"

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like how easy it is to pull time reports, creat customized project lists, and update section of a project plan when a date changes.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I do not like how there is not a calendar view of the project plan, how you cannot add Forecasted Vlaur to the project list next to Project Budget, and how inflexible the client portal is.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project management for multiple team members, clients, and projects within the studio.

"Accelo, Great time management!"

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo helps us to keep our teams aligned and organized as they auto-update our clients in one place. They help us to manage multiple services at one place and platform without having to search separately for them on different platforms. Its reports with their organized and advanced features. Creating the schedules for every sort of task is very easy with Accelo.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Sometimes creating schedules for our projects is very difficult with Accelo as sometimes they did not respond quickly and on time. It is also really difficult to link one scope with other and have to go through complex procedures if we want to link different scopes with each other. Accelo is a very challenging task.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accelo provides us with multiple management services that are easy to use. They provide us with accurate presentation solutions. We can easily create reports and documents. It is a complete end-to-end project management solution.

"Accelo is just what we needed for our projects"

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like its adaptability, as it allows us to customize many aspects of the program such as invoices, branding, reports and templates for marketing campaigns. It has a whole invoicing module, where we can create and customize invoices, calculate taxes, online invoicing and integrate our Xero software to have everything in one place. It allows the creation, assignment and tracking of activities to team members easily and we can follow the progress of each task and its time in real time through the Gantt chart.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Having so many features and tools, it was a bit difficult for all the work teams involved to quickly adapt to the program. If it had a module to manage personnel and payroll, it would be the perfect software. The software configuration and migration took us a lot of time and effort, I would have liked the process to be simpler and more automatic, after the technical help and tutorials received, but it was not.

Recommendations to others considering Accelo:

Every department that uses the software highly recommends it in all its modules, as it is a very friendly and navigable program, it adapts to the needs of the companies and their projects and makes the tasks can be performed smoothly. Very good software that we recommend to all companies. Undoubtedly this software has been worth having it as the main program for our projects, as it has helped us to organize efficiently with the activities, projects, customers and billing, allowing the work to be done effectively, in the established time, increasing the productivity of the company and its profits. Although it was difficult to adapt to the program at first, we were able to use most of its functions without any problems.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Accelo to keep up to date all the important aspects of the project, from assigning tasks to the work team, to invoicing the project. I like this software because we can keep track of our contacts and clients, each one with their notes, invoices, payments and all the work we have pending with each client, plus many more functions. It has important integrations with software such as Xero, Salesforce sales cloud, PayPal, MailChimp, social networks and many more, for the best development of projects. A cloud-based platform that allows access to it all the time, with internet connection. It allows access not only in its web version, but also in mobile devices such as Android, iPad, iPhone. The client has a portal where you can log in 24 hours a day to monitor the progress of your project.

"Accelo Review"

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like how everything is synced up with our other systems such as gmail. Pulling reports is super easy, and the live sessions to show the Accelo best practices are awesome!

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I would like a little more automation/notifications on invoices/companies/tasks etc. as I do find that there are quite a few, and I have to find these items to action them manually.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Accelo mainly to store our client information, create our projects and keep our tasks/milestones on track, and to send out invoices. The benefits is that all of these items are aligned to each client, and can be customized to each client.

"Good experience with some learning curve for beginner users"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The reports are great to know how time is utilized and how to allocate resources in order to optimize production. Also, time loggin is quite good, specially when working on timed projects.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

The UI might be overwhelming at times as there is too much information on the screen at times which might lead to confusion

Recommendations to others considering Accelo:

Some learning curve is required to be able to take advantage of all that Accelo offers. It's a great tool to track the time spent on different projects, resource allocation, and others.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We provide support to customers so, when troubleshooting issues, the time logging allows us to identify how much time is being spent on issue solving. Accelo has allowed us to identify blockers and improvements to the support process.

"Amazing Tool and Amazing Company"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The tool is so versatile and covers so much of what we needed. We were able to ease ourselves into the tool and adopt features as we needed them. Accelo also integrates with a lot of other external tools like Quickbooks, Hubspot, and Office 365. I have even used the Power BI integration to build my own custom reports. The support for the product has also been top-notch from the implementation team to support the product.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Accelo does take time and effort to learn. However, any tool that is this robust and has this much functionality will take time and effort to learn. Some of the functionality is not super intuitive, but once you learn more about the tool, you understand why everything works the way it does. I wish that the Power BI integration allowed you to use the client version of Power BI versus just the web application. You cannot do a lot of things in the web application version of Power BI, like linking data tables together.

Recommendations to others considering Accelo:

My company, Vest Technical Solutions, is a technical solutions company that offers services for applications. We work with numerous applications doing implementations, migrations, administration, training, and documentation for many companies. Being super familiar with applications and my past in software development, I feel like I am very qualified to review applications. I did a ton of research and tried multiple other applications. From all-in-one options and separate apps that specialize in the specific area, they were built for. Accelo is one of the best applications I have seen that does a remarkable job in covering all the functionality it promises to deliver. Do be prepared to put in effort and time to make the tool work properly. As I tell all of my clients, the more effort you put into implementation and learning the system the more you are going to get out of it.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Accelo all the way from a CRM to sales to project management and timecards, to communicate with clients, invoicing, and reporting. I would say we are using Accelo to solve 80% of the problems we had before implementation. If we had not implemented Accelo when we did, the switch would have been challenging and possibly impossible. Being able to condense numerous tools into one has been a lifesaver.

What do you like best about Accelo?

The several options available for creating tasks, meetings, reports. I also love the integrations with other apps and softwares.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

I would like to be able to create recurring tasks on a monthly basis. Also, I would like the ability to access the inbox from the mobile app.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to be able to track revenue, sales, marketing, etc. better. The amount of options available to do are are far better than others we have used.

"Accelo- Accelerate your business with ready to use CRM"

What do you like best about Accelo?

The best thing about the tool is the provision of a variety of reports which help us make more informed business decisions and it provides excellent project collaboration capabilities that help in easy dring of the business. It is easy to use and provides a great variety of APIs for integration with other systems.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

There is still a major learning curve while working with respect to implementation which takes some time and requires training with this tool and there is a scope of better support facilities.

The major downside which I visualized is the project scheduling interface which lacks the agility and flexibility you'd expect from any current project management.

Recommendations to others considering Accelo:

I must advice that explore all the use cases and try to do a thorough comparison with other tools and then go for it.

Being a small organization our team and different departments like sales , finance and IT used to work in silo through different stages of customer management cycle but now we are trying to increase our customer retention rate , improve touchpoints with the customer and get more sales
